I used to be a loyal customer, coming in every week and even recommending this place to my family and friends. But after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I placed a large order, and while I caught that the wings were missing while still in the store, I got home and discovered that an entire meal was also left out. I called to let them know, and the manager was extremely rude—he accused me of lying and refused to replace the missing food or issue a refund. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and won’t be coming back. I lost out of 15 dollars. And he will be losing out of a lot more. I will make it know that this place is good but the customer service is terrible. Karma is coming.
Update: Since the manager responded. I wanted to add that he knew I was not a prank call. During the call, He look my order up in the system and still refused to remake my order that day. As well as provide a refund. And I was going to buy more food, but he claim that I was lying and trying to received free food.

I went there to get fish and fries today. The fish was left over from yesterday. It seems like they tried to refry it which made it so hard I almost cracked my tooth eating it. The fries was fresh but I won’t be back it was my first and last time going there. I threw it away where it belonged

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with shrimp fried rice. I will not order my rice from anywhere else from now on, the rice had such a good texture, and very flavorful. The sandwich was cooked to perfection.

This place deserves a higher rating they do fry their wings crispy if you like soggy wings this place isn't for you the fish is also crispy fried rice is better than most Asian places

Let me tell you ! I will never give these people any of my business ever again .... Also food review video coming soon . I can almost promise you that I will not hear from anyone in management about this post because the person I spoke with about how bad my food was said he don't speak any English. My wings were over cooked and my fries were also . I called back after impulsively throwing it in the trash and the only thing that was said to me was I need proof and I have to get off the phone because there are calls coming in ..... I'm gonna save the good stuff for my food review video .... please stay tuned and I will come back on here and post the link to the review .

If you are in Gastonia and looking for a place to get some wings without a long wait BTJs is the place. I ordered the Hot Honey wings with fries everything was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back.

New to area so I am trying all new spots based on Google reviews. And this restaurant had really good reviews. I wasn't impressed. Fish (whiting) was good, but tater sauce store bought, homemade only with fish that good. Fried rice not good at all (to me) lemon pepper wings no flavor but fried well and very crispy. Just no flavor. Nice clean establishment and young lady at register nice, friendly and professional.

Girl at front counter is sooooo nice and beautiful (with glasses)I love the fish here can’t wait to try everything else
It wasn't as clean as it usually be I don't drink soda tea and lemon aid both were out ask cashier didn't really seem to care she was a new face I never seen her before after my food was ready still had to wait for another 10 minutes for someone to fill tea and lemon aid this on of my favor spots food is good
