Chicken was fine but why is the honey mustard sauce so watery definitely didn’t stick to the chicken just taste like dry rub

Came in on 10/12 at 6:15pm the girl up front is extremely rude. Asked a simple yes or no question and got attitude back. Totally uncalled for. She also has a hood on which is just unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food. Do better!

I used to be a loyal customer, coming in every week and even recommending this place to my family and friends. But after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I placed a large order, and while I caught that the wings were missing while still in the store, I got home and discovered that an entire meal was also left out. I called to let them know, and the manager was extremely rude—he accused me of lying and refused to replace the missing food or issue a refund. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and won’t be coming back. I lost out of 15 dollars. And he will be losing out of a lot more. I will make it know that this place is good but the customer service is terrible. Karma is coming.
Update: Since the manager responded. I wanted to add that he knew I was not a prank call. During the call, He look my order up in the system and still refused to remake my order that day. As well as provide a refund. And I was going to buy more food, but he claim that I was lying and trying to received free food.
I went there to get fish and fries today. The fish was left over from yesterday. It seems like they tried to refry it which made it so hard I almost cracked my tooth eating it. The fries was fresh but I won’t be back it was my first and last time going there. I threw it away where it belonged

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with shrimp fried rice. I will not order my rice from anywhere else from now on, the rice had such a good texture, and very flavorful. The sandwich was cooked to perfection.
