Service is horrible. Had a server walk by us multiple times when we sat down and didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink/eat. Then it took forever to get drinks and place a food order. Couldn’t ever find waitress to get bill so we just got a box from the bar and left money on table.
Horrible service. Placed an online order at 5:05 pm with confirmation pickup time at 5:30. It’s 6:05 pm and the wings still aren’t ready. It does not take an hour to cook wings. Finally get the wings at 6:15 and I only get 9 wings instead of 10 and they’re not even hot, they felt like they had been sitting for a while. So why did I have to wait an hour.
You have a half empty restaurant but can’t seat people because your To-go area received a large order?
Let us sit down and wait at a table comfortably. We didn’t mind the wait, just couldn’t understand why you wouldn’t sit paying customers at one of your MANY empty tables.
