Excellent customer service by Mrs. Shane and the chef. The quality of food is truly remarkable. The goat soup was so gently spicy & warm, tasty, and comforting. Plus, the red snapper fish with cabbage, yellow rice & plantain was delicious. Thank you so much for your hospitality with homemade food. New to the Carolinas and I must share that this restaurant is the absolute best Caribbean restaurant! Thanks Caribbean Hut the barbecue jerk and the curry chicken can't be beat! 🥰
