This was my go to spot when I was in the area for work. Probably went there at least 4 times a week especially for the soups (cow foot, goat and red peas, etc). The food is like straight out of the island and like your grandma cooked it herself. One of the best Caribbean spots I have eaten at.

I'm a transplant from Miami where I would always have Caribbean food, my favorite being Oxtails. I was so excited to learn that Caribbean Hut was a few minutes away. Very curious to try their food, I ordered take-out. I ordered the Oxtails with rice & peas, mac & cheese, and the beef stew. I received a call from them saying they ran out of beef stew and if I would like to substitute it for something else. I asked for their recommendation since it was my first time...

Came here for lunch and ordered the jerk chicken lunch special with a Ting. The rice and peas were great, cabbage was good, and the jerk chicken was great. I am not normally a big fan of the gravy style jerk chicken, but this was perfect. Good amount of spice and everything had a good amount of flavor. Wash it all down with a Ting for less than $15 out the door. Worth a stop here if you are passing through the area. Staff was also very friendly and fast.
