Customer service is important. Although the food is good, the quality of service you receive from the counter server is HORRIBLE.Chicken King has lost a customer. There are plenty of other establishments in Gastonia that I am willing to support.

If you want to spend 40 dollars and have your food thrown together like McDonald's this is the place for you. My burger was nice a cool best part I had to put it together myself. ? not even worth asking for a refund. Just know not to eat here again.

What a dump! This place was filthy with roaches running around. People were complaining about their food while waiting to order.No salmonella sandwiches today.I bounced out of there. Considering myself the lucky one ?
