The cookies are great! This particular location needs help - really unclean, “out of order” stickers on the machines, windows covered in greasy fingerprints. Wish it felt clean.
Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. Love the cookies here, but the service was non-existent.
I discussed our experience with my daughter in law and she had an even worse time. She had a curbside order that she waited 45 minutes on (with infants asleep in the car with her) and never did receive her order. She called corporate and was promised a refund that she never received.
Our family will not be back. It's too bad because we like the cookies. Just not worth the hassle.
