Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. Love the cookies here, but the service was non-existent.
I discussed our experience with my daughter in law and she had an even worse time. She had a curbside order that she waited 45 minutes on (with infants asleep in the car with her) and never did receive her order. She called corporate and was promised a refund that she never received.
Our family will not be back. It's too bad because we like the cookies. Just not worth the hassle.

We visited during the Thanksgiving time frame. They had several different pie & cookie varieties. Their employees put lots of love in their baking, and it shows. We were treated with kindness and respect. We enjoyed this place very much.
