Placed an online order. At drive thru employee stated that they couldn’t make shakes right now. Did not give an option to sub the already purchased shake and told us to pull forward. At the window when asked about refunding the $7 shake drive thru employee stated we can’t do that, you have to do it thru the app. When asked to substitute the shake she stated we can’t do that either. 8/10/24. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest DQ to us. The service is typically slow here but today the young skinny white female with brown hair and red ends was incredibly rude. When our family walked in and smiled at her she glared back. My 4 yr old granddaughter said hi to her to which she gave her a blank stare.
