Great front staff at this location. Very polite, attentive, and accommodating. They also made very beautiful chocolate dipped cones for us. It was so good I forgot to take a picture, lol.

Place has went downhill. 4 associates inside. Took them 15 mins to make 3 blizzards. Laughing inside not working. Rude at the window. No reason to come back.

Hours say until 10 but dining room is closed before 8:30 . The girl was a little rude at the door
Ordered food through drive-up window and when pulled up to window an employee was using profanity and complaining about customers smoking cigarettes at the window. The order was wrong. Employees need to learn to treat customers with respect. Management needs to teach employees customer service ethics. If they have such a problem with their job they need to work elsewhere

I just had the worst experience with the old lady working in the building the cashier was helping me after I should get my order number that I did online game her then she and number . The old lady said if they don’t have it in the system they can’t make my food I’m showing her my receipt online she not hearing it . The cashier asked me the name again then says o hear it is right here . The old lady then says it says a different name on the bag I said lady how you going to tell me my name . Just rude and nasty for no reason . It’s not my fault your the age you are working a high school college kids job

Placed an online order. At drive thru employee stated that they couldn’t make shakes right now. Did not give an option to sub the already purchased shake and told us to pull forward. At the window when asked about refunding the $7 shake drive thru employee stated we can’t do that, you have to do it thru the app. When asked to substitute the shake she stated we can’t do that either. Rather than asking a manager she refused to explain or help rectify the situation and basically stole $7. After calling back into the store the shift manager explained that unfortunately she did not know how to refund the money but that the drive thru employee was wrong when she stated we couldn’t substitute the shake. At that point we had already left and did not want to return after this drive thru employee was so rude and hostile. I have emailed corporate and plan to call back when the store manager is in.

Went to get a milkshake told us they didn't have the lids and they couldn't do a milkshake after they made us wait 20 minutes while they had a conversation intercom

I would give them no stars if I could don’t order door dash from them they always forgetting something from the order, even if you not ordering door dash I still wouldn’t eat from them

Ordered through the app, they were out of practically everything and couldn’t offer me a refund as they “have nothing to do with the app and they don’t get that money”
Might need to train staff on how to deal with customers and maybe if you are the owner stop by every now and again
Inside was not clean and has a bad odor.

The workers were the problem the kitchen was! There was a roach crawling up the wall right behind the counter! Also we were charged for something we didn’t even order! And the tenders are about the size of nuggets!
