Placed an online order. At drive thru employee stated that they couldn’t make shakes right now. Did not give an option to sub the already purchased shake and told us to pull forward. At the window when asked about refunding the $7 shake drive thru employee stated we can’t do that, you have to do it thru the app. When asked to substitute the shake she stated we can’t do that either. Rather than asking a manager she refused to explain or help rectify the situation and basically stole $7. After calling back into the store the shift manager explained that unfortunately she did not know how to refund the money but that the drive thru employee was wrong when she stated we couldn’t substitute the shake. At that point we had already left and did not want to return after this drive thru employee was so rude and hostile. I have emailed corporate and plan to call back when the store manager is in.

Came for ice cream and got there 13 minute's before they closed and a truck was in front of us already sitting at the order screen waiting. They turned the lights off on both of us. It was only 9:23pm and they close at 9:30pm.

The manager of this location was very rude as my doordasher was on the phone with me just trying to communicate they were out of things i ordered. It was very unprofessional and rude. Will not be ordering again

Drove 20 min out of my way to get a cheesecake Blizzard. Paris for it then was told they were out of cheesecake pieces. Alright the lady at the window tried all she could to make the situation better, she couldn't. Stay away unless it's Thursday Friday or Saturday. She told me those were the days to come because the truck ran and they would have everything.

I pull up to the drive through with no greeting but what I got was it’ll be cash only, so I took the time to go to the atm and this time I went inside and it smelled so I immediately left , totally disappointed

The negative reviews were pretty on point. The service really sucked. My order was screwed up twice. I told them I didn't order the one sundae and they told me just to keep it, but they charged me for it. Once I said "shouldn't you be refunding me for it" the cashier slammed the windows and started yelling something. They refunded me and I told them they forgot another item from my order. There was another slam of the window and she went and got the ice cream. She handed it to me and slammed the door again. All mad because she screwed up, but clearly it was my fault some how...🤣
For reference, if you close at 10:00 you can’t stop taking orders at 9:30. Also, tell the dude working the window to drop the attitude.

Been a long time since I've been in a Dairy Queen, it looks like fate brought us back together again in the form of a storm named Helene!!!They happened to be one of the very few stores that had electricity and we're able to be open while everybody else we're closed. They had a $7 deal which was a pretty good deal I thought it was really good burger fries drink and a sundae for $7. Anyhow it's a little far away from my house but I'll definitely check them back out I always like Dairy Queen's food they just all been falling by the wayside(closing) , this particular DQ has been here for a long long time that's got to say something positive for this store!!! keep it up DQ
