Worst experience EVER ordering a pizza! I ordered 2 pizzas. When we went to pick it up one of them didn’t have cheese and they said I ordered it that way...wrong!
They said I would have to wait 8 minutes to get another one. After 15 minutes they said it would be an additional 4 minutes and wouldn’t “give” us 1 free garlic butter for the hassle of waiting. So another 5-10 minutes later we leave with our pizza. Get home and what do we have? The original burnt no cheese...read full review
This is not the first time I have had a problem with this place. The manager a lady a while back was rude and hateful sounding just because I was checking on my pizza. Now with the tracker I have discovered my food has been sitting waiting for a driver for over 30 minutes. This will be the last time I ordered from them. I will try Bessemer City Dominoes or I just will not get it .
