20 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me they take an order move car up give them their order then take the next order 1 order at a time they are not friendly don’t even thank you when they give you your order!!

I stop by here almost every week, some days it’s dead and some days there’s a line that hits the door. I don’t understand why not hire more people if you’re having issues so often. More than half of my orders are wrong or my bagels are STALE and never toasted even if I specify it EVERY time. They’ve changed personnel so often it seems to be a new person everytime I go. I’ve tried drive thru, I’ve gone in and the result is always the same. I’m leaving this review because this is the last time I’m coming here. I’ll drive 20 mins more if it means getting the quality of service and product that i think is adequate.

I wanted HOT caramel latte coffee and a donut. The coffee was cold and the donut didn't taste fresh. Requested for them to fix the coffee which took about 10 minutes and they returned a half filled cup of warm not hot caramel latte. I have had better at other DD. Their customer service skills need a lot of work. Very rude and portrayed an unconcerned attitude. I will not be back.

Most of the time I have pleasant experiences here.
Only had one mishap where the woman at the window/speaker didn't hear me say "iced" twice, then proceeded to had me a hot coffee... when I mentioned to her that it was supposed to be iced, she poured the hot coffee on top of ice and gave me a room temperature coffee, that didn't have the syrup in it....

Order snack and bacon receive regular bacon order a medium iced coffee the iced coffee taste like the cheese was mixed in it from the loaded hashbrowns. Don’t have time to go back On my way to work very unsatisfied

30 minute wait during a slow period for a simple order of hash browns, plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a drink.
Hashbrowns were cold and tasted old and possibly moldy, the drink tasted like dirty sink water, and none of my food was even warm.

The food was good but the iced coffee was done hastily and way too much vanilla was added.
The service was outstanding though. The people were all smiling and very patient with our group ordering all types of different things.
Definitely better than the Dunkin Donuts in Pendleton SC. I refuse to do business there. The people at that location are rude, inattentive, and look bothered that I would dare have them do their jobs.
I went through the drive thru and got a coffee with whole milk and vanilla flavor shots. It tasted like coffee water, so I went through again and got a latte with whole milk and vanilla flavor shots hoping it would have a stronger taste of coffee. They literally gave me JUST milk—I can’t taste any espresso or vanilla or anything except for whole milk, and the liquid in the cup is completely white. I sincerely think they just filled it up with whole milk and called it a day.

Ordered a simple sausage biscuit via the drive-thru. 2 minuted later employee said they had no biscuits so I said croissant would be fine. 2 minutes later and mad customers behind me, I got my food and drove away. That was the nastiest, blandest, microwaved crap. Had to spit it out into bag. Was already on the Interstate heading south so couldn't go back. Live and learn. Should have read the reviews prior to going but it was early... Won't go back to this location. Ever
