Waited 20 min . 4 hot chocolates all cold . 1 caramel latte. Cold . Asked why ? Their excuse machines are not working. Asked them to warm up the hot chocolate drinks , was asked to park on the side . Waited another 15 min. Again served cold.

Me and my girlfriend came to get some coffee today . The drive through was very busy so we decided to go inside to get our coffee. Even though they were busy everyone was really nice and respectful and helpful . Thanks guys for the great customer service .

I ordered a cookie butter cloude latter and it was not made correctly. I pulled around and came inside and spoke to Blake. He was absolutely kind and remade it without complaint. He was very kind and deserves a BIG raise!!

I got to this Dunkin at 5:10 pm & not a donut left in the place, the light and sweet coffee that I got was dark, maybe 2 Sugars, and tepid at best. Judging by the other reviews, this place needs a franchisee that cares

I love Dunkin. I do. This location just gets it wrong more times than not. They do stay busy, I get it. But, I feel like everytime I go through there they rush me and then get my order wrong. I really wanted those everything bagel bites! Not original. And, on top of that, they were COLD. And I don't even mean like a little cold in the middle, I mean like frozen still. Maybe next time?

This is possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my life – and I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts since my stepfather worked at one back in the 80s. The first time I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, they didn’t have any coffee brewed at all. I had to wait while they brewed the coffee, and then they gave me the first pour before the coffee had even finished brewing. It was strong enough to knock a horse out. The second time I went to Dunkin’ Donuts, I asked for a dozen donuts and told them specifically what I wanted. I don’t know who was working that day, but they must not know the difference between a glazed donut and an old-fashioned doughnut. I was pretty disappointed to see half of the box filled with fluffy pieces of air instead of the old-fashioned donuts we are so used to eating. Today was the final straw. All I ordered was a cup of coffee. When the coffee arrived, even my daughter commented that it smelled weird. At first, I told her that she sounded nutty and I drove off. However, I tasted the coffee and quickly realized that she was right – it not only smelled weird, but it tasted strange too. At first, I thought it must’ve been in my head and maybe her suggestion made me think there was something wrong where nothing was really wrong at all. Then I realized that what we were smelling was similar to my mother-in-law‘s coffee. Understand, my mother-in-law is a little old lady who lives alone. So, she has adopted the practice of making a pot of coffee, and then drinking the same coffee the very next day, even though it sat out overnight. She does it to save money. The coffee Dunkin had this morning was the same taste and smell of my mother-in-law‘s coffee, which made me wonder if these people were using old coffee from the previous day and simply reheating it. I mean, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch of the imagination, considering the fact that everything is costing more and that would be a cost-effective way to cut waste. Of course, it’s just speculation. Still, it doesn’t change the fact that the coffee was horrible enough for me to throw it out. Being that I’m very much a. “ Three strikes you’re out” kind of person, I will not be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again, and I will be sure to let my family and friends know of my experience too. I Don’t want them wasting time or money the way I have.
Mornings are very busy and most of the time my coffee isnt made correctly due to being understaffed and busy.

I went here with my sister on the way back from a road trip. When we got there we went up to the register and waited for a few minutes. The inside wasn’t too busy but I’m assuming the drive through was because we had to wait about 5-7 minutes. When we finally got our order taken I started by ordering a strawberry dragon fruit lemonade and before I could finish I was rudely interrupted by the woman taking our order saying that they didn’t have strawberry in a harsh tone. I ended up ordering the blueberry one instead and it’s good, but slightly bitter. I don’t know if that’s how the drink is in general or not because I’ve never ordered it before. I’m planning on ordering soon at another Dunkin to see if that’s how the drink is in general or not because I usually love blueberry flavored things. Then we ordered the rest of our food and drinks. Once we had everything we got in the car and everything tasted off. The hash browns, which I get every time I go to Dunkin, were dry and tasted a little burnt. The dark roast coffee was watered down and didn’t taste like a dark roast, which is also something we order most of the time when we go to Dunkin. The lemonade was bitter and the frosting of the donut was melted. We definitely will not be back here because the workers were unfriendly and rude and the food simply wasn’t worth putting up with the workers.

Staff was very unfriendly and definitely didn’t want to be there. Food was overcooked and the coffee tasted like water. Hash browns were dry and doughnut was melty. Don’t recommend stopping here.

Staff is friendly, but why does it take waiting in line 20 minutes just to get an order that was placed on the app ahead of time. Shows online it’s “less busy than usual” but come on, 20 minutes?? Every time I’ve come here it takes SO LONG to get your order.
Very clean. Staff was unsure how to make my espresso drink. Espresso shots tasted way off. Maybe the machine needs to be calibrated? I don't know... but the guy in charge of the mobile orders was the only one that seemed to know what he was doing, he fixed my drink. Sadly, definitely would think multiple times before I would go there again. Cleanliness is a big egg, so I appreciate that big time!

Stopped here for a light bite and a rest while traveling to Greenville, SC. We enjoyed their bagel bites filled with cream cheese and coffees. Staff were friendly and attentive. Interior was very clean and bright - a welcoming atmosphere for a rest. Conveniently located just off I-85.
The wait time for a coffee is insane. Add on severe incompetence and you’ve got a store that needs to close down already
