Employees were giving free donuts to the people in line in front of me but when I asked for a donut they wouldn’t give it to me. Treat all customers equally or I will not be returning.

SUPER friendly service (great lady at the window!!!!) with food I couldn't eat. I ordered a bagel through my mobile dunkin app, using points because life be lifing out here.... and I couldn't even eat my meal. I don't blame the staff - Dunkin, higher your standards and do better. The bagel was hard as a rock and should have been thrown away. The prices keep rising, perhaps the good quality should too?????

Made a quick stop for a coffee. There were a few cars ahead of us but the line went very quickly! We were in and out in no time with a fresh delicious coffee!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude and dismissive, to the point that I decided to leave the line without completing my order. I called the store afterward to report the issue, but never received a call back from the manager.

I don't come to dunkin' donuts often because I really don't drink coffee but this morning I had a taste for some. This dunkin' donuts only allowed mobile orders inside. I am not a person that uses the drive-thru because it's typically not the quicker option, eapecially when you're trying to go to work you should have the option of going inside to pay and order inside Instead of being forced to through the drive-thru. It takes time to download an app and add a card to it. That is unreasonable to ask someone to do early in the morning when they're trying to get to work. All I wanted was an iced coffee. I won't be coming back to this location again.

I frequent this location and service is usually decent enough. However, on 11/19 I was double charged while they were having some issues with their system. I called and was told wait until the charge is no longer pending. So, I go 11/22 and instead of making it right I'm met with attitude and basically just somebody not wanting to be wrong- showing all transactions from that morning and mine isn't there though we both see the double charge in my card's transaction history. Clearly the payment processed during the system shut down and again when it came back up. My total was $9.07, my usual is like $4.51, a comped drink would have been sufficient, things happen. But making me pay for my drink this morning and sending me off with no solution to the POSTED 2 charges we both see is horrible customer service from the manager and GM who was called.

The customer service here is deplorable and NOTHING is being done about it. Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money with people who show that they hate their job. There is one specific young lady who has ZERO customer service. I will never return here. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to the other side of Gastonia, at least the workers there have professionalism and decorum.

This is my go to dunkin in gastonia. (Just moved here from charlotte). I have yet to get a drink that isn't made properly and the people that work there are super sweet. My go to order is usually the Iced Pumpkin Signature Latte. But I just tried the Iced Holiday Signature Cookie Latte and it is delicious! Omg SOOO good!
