I’ve been a customer for a few years. The food is consistently delicious and the cleanest thing you can find for take-out locally. If you don’t want to cook dinner my personal favorite is the turkey burger 10/10 amazing. Wraps, bowls, shakes(specifically the coco date) divine!

How did I not know about this place sooner? Great healthy smoothies and meal options. Great customer service too. The owner came over and spoke to me for a few minutes to Thank me for stopping in as he heard it was my first time here. I will be back and recommend anyone looking for healthy options stop in!

This place is amazing! I unfortunately had to move back to Atlanta but when I lived in Charlotte, I lived close to here and I LOVED getting my protein shakes on the weekends. Kiki and staff were wonderful and I loved the loyalty cards! I highly recommend!

Definitely somewhere to try to have a healthy meal replacement. The atmosphere is warm and loving. The owner Mrs. KiKi is willing to help you learn and understand what Empower Nutrition (Herbalife) is all about. She also does a HIIT Fit Camp once a week and I look forward to the workout, fellowship and the Shakes, Teas and I can NOT forget the Donuts. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. This is coming from someone who doesn't try many things. The positivity is always on point.???????

The items made here are so yummy that it's easy to forget you're having a healthy meal replacement. My daughter is also a huge fan and she looks at what I bring her as treats. There is a lot of thought put into producing delicious shakes/smoothies & teas and making sure to add limited time specials to the menu so you're never without something new to try. It's well worth my weekly drive from Charlotte to Gastonia.

What a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or pick me up option! This morning, I had a breakfast shake, flavored caramel macciatto along with a hot tea. I already feel the energy restoring back to last me throughout my work day. Look forward to returning and being a repeat customer.
