Our server was fantastic. We came from a funeral, so I forgot to take pics of the food. The Tiger roll was delicious. My General Tso chicken was solid. My wife had the Hunon beef, she said it was very good. The bite of Tuna roll I had was good. The Calamari was very good with a good chili sauce modestly sized...

Got take out for the first time. Two hibachi shrimp and steak. I couldn't eat the steak because it was too tough. And they only put 4 shrimp in there. Had the smallest pieces of vegetables just cut up pieces. except the carrots. I asked for no rice, you would think they add more veggies. But no, so I ordered a side of veggie tempura. Was so oily. I'll never order from there again for the money I just paid. Just terrible. And my fav part of the Japanese Mayo it comes with was watered down. They should be ashamed to call that hibachi. Waste of money.

We usually really enjoy this place but the service was horrible, it takes a lot to upset my wife when it comes to service because she used to be a server but even she said this is ridiculous

First time trying the restaurant through recommendation. Disappointed that there were maggots in the seafood ramen. Will not be coming back. Server Noah was great.

The food is generally really good. We like the Lo Mein, Spicy drunken noodles, shrimp vegetables. My biggest complaint is they changed the recipe for their shrimp sauce in the last few months. It use to taste like typical shrimp sauce, now it has a vinegar flavor and it is absolutely disgusting.
Do not get the shrimp sauce.

Just walked in the door the restaurant is over half empty and the girl at the front said 30 minute wait for 1 person maybe if you can’t seat 1 person with a empty restaurant you should just close for the day

They desperately need a better system in place for seating. We arrived about 6:40 on a Saturday evening. I knew they were typically a very busy place and was prepared to wait. We were told it would be about 25-30 minutes for the two of us. No problem. We got a beer and waited, standing about 7-10 feet from the hostess station. Soon, other waiting guests started to complain that people who came in after them were being seated. One couple said that they brought this to the hostess’s attention and they were told that the restaurant called their name but they never answered so they were skipped.

About 30 minutes in, we witnessed another couple, who came in after us, get seated. My husband went and checked on our placement. He was told “Oh, there was a mistake and they accidentally skipped us so it wouldn’t be long. Ok. Sure. Accidents happen. So we waited. In the meantime, other groups were being seated that had come in after people who were there even before us! We also witnessed a group of 3 willfully take another group’s table when a name was called that was not theirs. Another 20 minutes later, a party of two that had walked in 15 min prior was seated. As the hostess walked by, I pointed out to her that we were skipped again. This time, she said that they called us and we didn’t respond. Lie. We hadn’t moved so unless they called us telepathically, this was an outright lie. Another 15 minutes later, we were finally seated. All in all, we waited about an hour and 10 mins. If my telepathy wasn’t on the fritz, maybe we could’ve been seated sooner.

Extremely Disappointed... I found a Bug in My Food!!

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at Jia's on 1/18/2025 I ordered a sushi roll and a side of pan fried broccoli and was shocked to find a bug in the broccoli .

This is a serious health and safety issue, and it made me question the restaurant's cleanliness and food preparation standards. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this is completely unacceptable.

I've reached out to the restaurant directly and hope they take this issue seriously and implement better quality control measures. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

It's Wednesday, I am here for lunch and their is a chain on the door.

My friends and I weren't lucky at lunchtime. The food took forever. When the food finally came, we all enjoyed it.
