Take too long , was there for 45 min never get my order. Couldn’t wait , was late back rk work. If going there make sure you have 1 hr free time , maybe more. So disappointed.

Ordered several meals asked for two sweet teas, was given un sweet tea. My son’s 10 pc nuggets only had 8 pieces and for some reason they acted like they were running out of ice or something. There were only 3 pieces of ice in the cups. I don’t get it. Nobody was friendly or smiling. This location is going down hill

where's the McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. got my order wrong and had me sitting for 20 minutes I was actually going to be late for work if I waited any longer so more wasted money down the drain that I work hard for never ever again and I will start an aggressive marketing campaign against McDonald's

Was there 2/22/25 @ 12:53pm, Waited almost an hour for my food. Everyone else there was also waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their food. Staff was moving so slow. Management needs to drill home the importance of fast service and caring even a small amount about your job! Will not be back to waste my time and money.

I will say this this place doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give it to give this review cause I went there at 11:00am to get a order the manager on duty they would not give me her name but she had a bad attitude towards the customers an was very rude one customer canceled her order an left that manager don't need to be a manager at an restaurant or place of business

Service was good at the speaker, when I got to the window I asked for ketchup and the guy gave me a handful of Napkins and wet packets and said sorry he just spilled soda on them.. then gave us our shamrock shakes and they hadn't been blended at all. I parked and went in to see if they could respin it and the manager snatched them without saying a word and came back a few minutes later with them fixed. I know it's mcdonalds but dang.

I’m a dasher and came in for an order and was treated very disrespectful by an employee when picking up. Had to report the experience to DoorDash. I will not be picking up orders from this location to deliver anymore.
