Pizza Hut in Gastonia

“I did carry out on my visit. Pizza was as good as it gets. Order was ready when I arrived. Almost an "industrial" site, in that it was set up for delivery, not carryout. Staff were very nice. My only advice would be to spend some money on a "store front" for customers who do carryout. Sometimes it is the details that make the experience.“

“great people and great food. Me and my wife used to be regulars then boycotted the place for years.The pizza just stopped tasting good and if I’m being honest the people didn’t wanna be there.Decided to stop in this Saturday 9/20/25 for lunch and wouldn’t ya know it all new faces, better attitudes, better food. We almost didn’t stop when we seen the line around the building and we expected a hour wait but guess what..The line was gone in 30 minutes if not 25. Don’t know what magic they used but our food was hot and our pan pizza taste like the year 2000 again. Fluffy and crispy all in one. We plan to make this our regular food binging joint again. Thanks a ton to the smiling faces at the window and whoever else was is in the back working magic good job Pizza Hut -Ben D.“

“Went in to get a pizza last night and there was a very disgruntled customer acting very out of hand. The manager Kamarzi Tillery (I got their name so I could leave a good review with corporate) handled the situation very professionally and kindly even though that lady was beyond disrespectful. He went above and beyond for the upset customer and the other customers that had to witness the madness. Hope corporate sees this and know what a fine young man they have at this Pizza Hut. -Tina“
