“I have been to two different locations: Monroe Road and the one near Prosperity Crossing. Monroe Road needs a lot of upgrades, including new equipment and more room for customers. The customer service was great, even though they ran out of items or told people it would take an hour when the food was not ready even after an hour. One person said he waited over an hour and wanted his money back. Give Monroe more space and extra help; you have the room to build an extension, as your building is the end establishment. The customer service was great because, even though customers came in very upset, the staff remained polite and patient. That is what I like about Monroe Road; they are slow, but they need extra help and room to move around.“

“Makala the drive thru cashier was exceptional. After placing our order over the phone, when we arrived at the drive thru our Detroit sytle pepperoni pizza wasn't ready. We parked and waited, when we droved around the second time she greeted us with a smile, remembered our name and finished the transaction by wishing us a great evening while we enjoyed our pizza. In that very short period, the service made an impression on us. As we drove away, my husband & I discussed how nice she was and how the service was upbeat and friendly... Now, there was a mix up on our pizza order, we called the store had a pleasant conversation with the Mgr and she gave us options, to ensure our first Detroit style pepperoni pizza was what we expected. My husband drove back to store to pick it up. Even with all that we giving the store/service a 5 star rating, because of the service. I would recommend this establishment, because we all occassionally make a misstep, it's how you recover that makes the difference. And when my husband drove back to the store, Makala was there apologizing for the mix up even though she did everything right. ?“
