“This is my SECOND time coming to this location on the $2 Personal Pizza days and they still have not disappointed. There was a small lady (African American with braids) there that I witnessed encouraging her team and keeping a close count of how many personal pans remaining as orders came through. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming though I was only there a short period of time (literally in and out). Myself and co-workers will be back next Tuesday!!“
“I had a great experience! The manager was friendly, it was clean, they showed me my food before I left and it was on point. This is actually my favorite Pizza Hut because they are always friendly and they make my food right. I feel like we are quick to say what’s bad, but quiet when it’s all good. “My order was correct and the establishment was clean. The 5 stars are for Terika*. I don’t know if she’s a manager, but she should be. On the evening of 5/3/26, she was very warm, hard working and funny. She wasn’t only kind to customers, but she was kind to her coworkers as well. “I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut location for many years, and I’ve seen it go through quite a few ups and downs. There was a time when it would close as early as 5 PM on a Friday, or when only one person was handling orders during busy hours, which made the experience frustrating.
However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed a significant and very welcome improvement. The staff is much more responsive, the food quality has gotten better, and pickup times are noticeably quicker. The overall experience feels more organized and customer-focused.
I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or internal processes, but whatever is driving this positive shift is clearly working. Keep up the good work!“
“I ordered a meat lover's personal pan pizza during lunchtime and the wait time was around 10-15 minutes. The toppings were well portioned and it was hot and ready once I returned to the store. It's located in a shopping center that has a decent amount of traffic and not overly crowded. I also felt safe .“

Not “it got misplaced.” Not “someone accidentally grabbed it.” TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA. And despite it being closing time, the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out. They were unbelievably kind, patient, and understanding even after dealing with the chaos caused by TERRANCE STEALING OUR PIZZA.
Bundy and Troy deserve employee-of-the-century awards for staying late and making fresh pizzas for us when they absolutely didn’t have to. Most places would’ve said “sorry, we’re closed,” but instead they stepped up like heroes in the middle of a pizza-related crime scene created by TERRANCE.
The replacement pizza was hot, fresh, and honestly tasted even better knowing it was made by people who cared enough to fix the situation after TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA.
If corporate sees this: GIVE BUNDY AND TROY A RAISE.

“Makala the drive thru cashier was exceptional. After placing our order over the phone, when we arrived at the drive thru our Detroit sytle pepperoni pizza wasn't ready. We parked and waited, when we droved around the second time she greeted us with a smile, remembered our name and finished the transaction by wishing us a great evening while we enjoyed our pizza. In that very short period, the service made an impression on us. As we drove away, my husband & I discussed how nice she was and how the service was upbeat and friendly... Now, there was a mix up on our pizza order, we called the store had a pleasant conversation with the Mgr and she gave us options, to ensure our first Detroit style pepperoni pizza was what we expected. My husband drove back to store to pick it up. Even with all that we giving the store/service a 5 star rating, because of the service. I would recommend this establishment, because we all occassionally make a misstep, it's how you recover that makes the difference. And when my husband drove back to the store, Makala was there apologizing for the mix up even though she did everything right. ?“
