I would like to share feedback for your store located 9614 Monroe Rd in Charlotte, NC. I've been to this location on 2 occasions. The first time it was Caucasian young woman by herself. The 2nd was an African American gentlemen and woman. When I say this facility is the best I've been to while traveling. Everyone is so nice, always greeting my family and I with a smile. Pizza has gone way down hill. Pretty disappointing and even the 5 yr old didn't want another piece. It was the special, but shouldn't that be "special", not just an excuse to serve poor food?
