I usually get my pizza elsewhere, but this time I decided to try Pizza Hat. It's horrible. The slices are impossible to take because they are soaked in the sauce, which is too much and very spicy. Although the chicken pizza was not stated as very spicy. They poured so much sauce on purpose.

Pizza was straight garbage. Couldn’t even hold the pizza straight as it all crumbled and it was all gooey. Don’t recommend this terrible pizza to anyone. Save yourself and go to an actual pizza joint. The lady didn’t even give me a receipt. Never again!!

Just walked in to grab something to after a really stressful day. They decided to close early (1hour early). Very miss leading and we all waited to actually drive to this location to eat and find that out. We will not be going back here.

For the love of God do not order from here!!First off I want to say that I live less than a mile from this location, I just moved here and was excited to see a Pizza Hut so close by! I normally would order for pickup but am pretty sick at the moment so I thought I would cheer myself up with some boneless wings, they ended up not having wings so I got cheesy bread and pasta instead, I ordered around dinner time so I figured it might take a while for it to get here even though I live so close by, but my “expected time of delivery” time came and went and 40 minutes after it was supposed to be here I called the store, this store has an automated system and if you try to check on the status of your order all it says is “your order has been received and is being made now” or something like that and it hangs up on you, so I then called again and hit the extension to make an order hoping I could get a human on the line, after a minute or so a real person did in fact answer the phone and I tried explaining I put an order in over two hours ago and it had still not arrived, without even getting my info I was put on hold and was on hold for another 20 minutes before I decided just to drive down there myself and see what the hell was going on with my order, all the while my tracker still had a delivery time on it that had come and gone and I had not received any updates, I got to the store after a 5 minute drive and there was already two other people waiting on their orders up front, after a minute an employee came up and asked if I had an order to pickup, I explained that I had actually put in an order for delivery and that I had been waiting on it for almost 3 hours at this point and when I tried to call the store and ask for an update I was put on hold and that I was STILL on hold with the store, I had my phone in my hand and I showed him as much, I asked if I could just pick up my order now and be refunded the delivery fee and he agreed and he went and pulled it out of the warmer, when I asked why my order had not been delivered if it was ready he said that none of the delivery drivers wanted to take it, I then asked if that was normal and if no one would deliver my order would it just sit there all night while I was waiting for it? He said “What do you expect me to do about it” as if it was not his problem that my pizza had just been sitting here all this time and that he could not be bothered to do much more than stand at the desk and put people on hold, I did end up getting my refund and I suspect that none of the drivers took my order because I only did a $2 tip but for the distance that it was and on top of a $5 delivery fee I still don’t think they should have allowed my order to sit in the back for all that time and not even give me any updates, all of this happened about 45 minutes ago and I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and you shouldn’t either.

I know not a lot of people like dealing with doordashed food but come on!! Cold chicken and cheese not melted in my “quesadilla” or whatever the new buffalo chicken thing is called!! Smh and no icing on my cinnamon rolls is crazy!!!Like 25$ down the drain just for the trash can to eat it and not me smh come now!

I did an online order there late yesterday afternoon and not only was my special requests perfect the food itself was tasty hot and the best pizza, and boneless wings I have had in a while.Dietary restrictions: When i said light sauce they really did light sauce.

Pizza Hut Monroe rd 10mins hold time I didn’t even bother ordering from them.Called back for a manger another 10 mins no one answered I hung up!

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! The service is extremely frustrating. Around 10 PM last night, my wife who was ordering a pizza at this pizza hut was asked to scan her multiple payment cards 7 times even though the payment was getting approved each time in the scanner. The lady at the counter seemed inexperienced and kept saying the payment was not going through in her screen. Then my wife called me to intervein. I, who was waiting for her outside in the car, arrived and tried to pay with my apple pay and the transaction was approved again but that lady at the counter gave me the same response. Then I checked and showed her in my bank application that all of 8 transactions went through successfully and now she was supposed to refund all the extra money and only charge for 1 order which we came for.After wasting about 30 minutes she said that her system is unable to take our order so she can't help. I said my 10 years old daughter who was with us was starving at least as a compensation/courtesy they should provide us with our order as credit or something. The counter lady called her manager Elizabeth and the manager didn't approve this courtesy/compensation even after wastage of our 30 minutes. I had to leave that place because I was cashless and helpless at that time.What a unprofessionalism. They should not be in this business. No food for a starving kid just because their stupid systems!!!!!!Now I am dealing with my credit card companies to dispute those charges.I'd not recommend anyone going to that store if they are cashless.

This pizza hut customer service is horrible. The girl didn't provide any quality customer service. She ask to see my ID (had all my personal info like she was a KAREN) for my birthday reward and step out for a few minutes and refuse to give me a free breadsticks. Anyways I got it now in my email will order online to pick up but not at this location. These people are clueless and don't provide any customer service what so ever.

I’m up here at the Pizza Hut on Monroe rd my pizza came out with a blue diamond stud on the pizza so I took it back in to get remade and the lady says that I put it on the pizza but she’ll make another one that don’t even make sense what’s the point of bringing back a fresh hot pizza her attitude is rude and I’m pretty sure she’s a manager she’s still walking around saying subliminal things I’m not even gonna go back and forth with her but her behavior was unacceptable and to tell the customer they they ones that did it was even worse I will not be coming back to this location

I have been reaching out to speak to a live person at pizza hut for over a week now regarding my refund, management there was terrible how she was dishonest about I received my order 3 times that is so untrue! I spent $50 on a order I didn't receive so I went to the store about 4 times trying to discuss my refund but the manager there was a white girl who was so rude I tried to get in touch with the black manager who's name is Elizabeth she told me I will be issued a refund but I haven't as of yet, I am trying not to play the race card but now iam beginning to wonder!!!
