Rough my family and kids to dinner. It was a great night, and our waiter was amazing. Alyssa did a great job with serving and entertaining my wild kids lol. We will definitely be back!

The young lady, Aubrey, was a great server. The management came over to ask how my experience was. Very professional place. I'm impressed (not easy these days). I had a couple glasses of wine, with shrimp, salmon, and lobster.

Red Lobster has a designated parking lot with plenty of spaces, including accessible and to-go order spots, which made arrival easy. We had a reservation and were seated promptly by the hostess, who provided a comfortable booth for our party of six and a kids' menu that kept our 4-year-old entertained with crayons and activities. Our server, Nellie, was very sweet and attentive throughout our meal. The food itself was okay—pretty much what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was cooked to the right temperature. My fries could've used a bit more seasoning, but nothing major. My husband ordered the seafood boil and mentioned that his potatoes weren't fully cooked, so he wasn't able to eat them. My son ordered the surf and turf; his lobster tail looked slightly underdone, and there was no butter sauce included. My parents both had the flounder and enjoyed their meals. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were, of course, the highlight as always. We were also celebrating my son's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by singing and bringing out a complimentary dessert—definitely a thoughtful touch. Overall, Red Lobster offers a typical chain restaurant experience: decent food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd return if I'm ever craving this specific style of seafood meal.
The Walt Shrimp 🍤 wasn't good or good cooked enough... I've had better at Red Lobsters but these were awful!.. other than that, everything was good...
The service was slow and the food was really bland. We did not enjoy our meal at all, and had to pay more than it was worth. Weirdly, the bartender was our waitress and the host was also waiting tables.

The crab dip was all cheese, very little crab. The waitress had no real knowledge of the menu. Upon arrival, the bartender was loud, used a vape in the restaurant while working, appeared high, very unprofessional.

12:30 pm, February 2025. Few people there, but service was still slow. Lobster bisque was cold - is it supposed to be that way? Music: 100 percent ethnic specific and they won’t change it. All vocal and all Motown type. Annoying. Food generally ok - not great but there must be a reason there was almost no customers there. Limited staff with nothing to do - just standing around. Poor management.
Wait time was horrible
