Red Lobster

The Walt Shrimp 🍤 wasn't good or good cooked enough... I've had better at Red Lobsters but these were awful!.. other than that, everything was good...

The service was slow and the food was really bland. We did not enjoy our meal at all, and had to pay more than it was worth. Weirdly, the bartender was our waitress and the host was also waiting tables.

The crab dip was all cheese, very little crab. The waitress had no real knowledge of the menu. Upon arrival, the bartender was loud, used a vape in the restaurant while working, appeared high, very unprofessional.

12:30 pm, February 2025. Few people there, but service was still slow. Lobster bisque was cold - is it supposed to be that way? Music: 100 percent ethnic specific and they won’t change it. All vocal and all Motown type. Annoying. Food generally ok - not great but there must be a reason there was almost no customers there. Limited staff with nothing to do - just standing around. Poor management.

Red lobster has truly fallen. They need an overall demolition and rebuild of this location. An indoor remodel for sure at least. Also the staff were pretty much lazy except the host who was trying to figure out who actually wanted to do their job. His words not mine. Manager was running around all over the place helping to cook, make drinks, and seat people. Did was cold and old and tasted like it. Over priced, outdated, and past their prime. I can remember a time their would be lines coming out of red lobsters not anymore.

Our Waitress was Awesome. The fish was half done, had to Re-cook. The Slaw had no taste.

The only thing good about red lobster is the cheddar baked biscuits. Their staff leaves something to desire. The food took longer than expected, and some was cold. My wife was the only saving grace as she did not want to tell the server how rude she was.

I went to try the new sea food boils and was VERY disappointed!!!! The crab had no flavor and was very watery..... My server was kind and attentive; I left a good tip but the food was not worth how much I was charged for ..... bathrooms were also filthy but dining area kept clean!!!

I went there on my lunch break and I was very disappointed. The waitress Corey put people in front of me that came after me I felt like I was treated differently because the way I look. The food tasted horrible my crablegs tasted like water my lobster tail had a harsh taste to it I couldn't eat it the salad was packed with onions that over power everything else then he was charging me for things and not telling me that they wasn't included in my already $46 dollar meal I would never go to this please again.
