My preference is to pick-up my order. I am able to make corrections on the spot and not worry about my food abused by those who prepare and those who deliver. Red Lobster should pack food that's delivered in sealed packaging.THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I COULD HARDLY WAIT TO GET HOME AND ENJOY!!

Recently visited for a loved one's birthday. It was a decent sized group of us, but we were taken care of with no issues. The food was really good, and our appetizer of the dynamite/diablo calamari was probably better than our entrees. It's seriously good. The admiral's feast was great, but they didn't have enough breakers for our crab legs, despite the few people who were there. The food was still great, so it wasn't really a big issue. Our server, Brandy, was very attentive and set up my loved one to have staff sing her happy birthday. We didn't even ask for this to happen, but it was a kind gesture. They even gave them ice cream. Thanks for a good day and good eating experience.

Where do I begin? I ordered shrimp, my friend ordered the 2 different lobster tails and a filet minon. We ordered an appetizer of calamari. It was overcooked and rubbery. From the time we got there till the time only one of our entrees arrived, we had no silverware. We had asked the waiter twice about silverware. I had to get up and get it from someone else. When the lobster came, one of them was raw. We were told they go through a broiler, and sometimes the bigger ones don't cook all the way. The waiter says it happens a lot. And we could not have a refund for it, but only 10%off it on the bill. The filet was ordered medium, and it came out well done. We just sent it back and canceled it. My friend had almost completed their meal before mine came. I asked for a manager. They never came. I asked for the bill, and it, too, never made it to the table. I had to get up and go to the bar to find the waiter to get my bill. Ridiculous amount of time wasted on inedible food and poor service. It had been about 4 of 5 years since I had eaten at the Red Lobster in town. I guess I'll have to give it another 5 years before/if I go back.

they seated us. waited 30 min .. and no one talked to us.. i went and found a manager and she assured me she would make it all good.. she brought us carbonated water instead of water. then brought us old and ice cold food. needless to say she failed several times.. i was 35 year customer .. and these horrible experiences keep happening over and over. but will not happen again..

Do better! The last 4 times I've been service has been ridiculous! I honestly think it's because we get all you can eat shrimp and everything gets slowed down at that point. By the time they show back up for our reorder everyone in our party that didn't order the "All you can eat shrimp" (but very limited) is already finished! So..... That's a whole rip-off!!

Always love the Red Lobster for chain seafood. Mom and I shared a 3 combination of coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, and shrimp linguini. It was just enough to share with the cheddar garlic biscuits.

Got seated 15 mins no one came to our table.The manager and server was spending all the time with a complaining customer about having cold food so he told them he would Take it off the bill and give them free dessert.Meanwhile, we was getting zero service.So we just walked out.

We've been eating at this location for many years. Every time we come here, we spend at least $200 and tip at least $30. But today we went to go celebrate my birthday and got lousy service. The service was extremely slow and rude. When you get your food, you have to wait another 30 minutes to get silverware. I had to ask a couple times for it. It's terrible, terrible service. If I could, I would give this 0 stars.

We came for My Wife's Birthday. We had a Party of 8. Service was Terrible and The Food was Terrible. We also noticed that there was it was not busy. Could it be that the food and Service suxs¿ There is not a doubt that this location will be out of Business very soon. We all agreed to never spend our Money at another RedLobster Restaurant again..

Was a sad restaurant. Imagine at some point it was better but between management no longer caring or the owners giving up or lack of customers.. it seems like it is on its way out. With prices that high you really need to deliver to compensate.. this place does not. Could just be a sign of the times . Prices to high and no one wants to work but this was embarrassing.

I took my son out for his birthday. The wait was a little long but that's to be expected these days. He ordered the stiffed flooded and coco it shrimp appetizer. I ordered the shrimp and scallops on seewer with rice pilof and two sides. Everything my son had was fine. My scallops and shrimp are so dry and burned I could not eat them. My rice pilaf was not done at all I put it in my mouth and it had hard rice pieces in it that could have chipped my teeth. The waitress did make good on it and had them remake the scallops and shrimp. I decided i did not want the rice remade or a different side. She took a 10 percent discount off the order and did not charge us for the side salads. Another waiter overheard that it my sons birthday and gave him a free ice cream dessert. Which was nice of him. I still tipped the waitress, since this was obviously the kitchens issue.
