Order #63164829906952 was all wrong and missing many items. I was given five shrimp The chips was cold and unseasoned. The line worker was not nice. Blaming everything on corporate instead of fixing my order. I’m glad I had to go in instead of delivery.

I’ve been visiting Salsarita’s for well over ten years and have really enjoyed my experiences, generally speaking. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to the Gastonia store. I ordered a chicken burrito and the food was just not good. In addition, the staff didn’t do a great job preparing my food. I don’t want to be overly critical because I worked in the restaurant industry many years ago myself. I know it’s not easy work (and it’s never easy dealing with the public) but the staff seemed very disinterested in preparing my food. In short order after I was served they were in the mostly empty dining room scrolling through their phones. In summary, I’m not giving up on Salsarita’s restaurants but sadly I and my family will not be returning to the Gastonia store.

I literally just left this place and tried my food at home. I got the burrito bowl and I wanted chicken and I asked if there was fresh chicken the older lady told the younger lady that was helping me everything in here is fresh clearly the chicken I got was burnt and dried out and I watched her scrape it from the bottom of the pan. I came home and tried it anyway it’s disgusting. I will never be back.

Worst place ever I literally just left. I asked for fresh chicken older lady very rudely said everything is fresh. Clearly it’s not when me and my son both received hard dried out burnt chicken from the bottom of the pan. This is the first and last time I went there, and I highly recommend anyone else going to chipotle Azteca or somewhere else.!
Service was great from the moment I walked in. I sat and ate and watched the staff interact with lots of other customers in a wonderful and nice manner and my food was perfect. great experience!!
