Catering: I used Salsarita’s in Gastonia for my sister’s birthday party. You wouldn’t believe the amount of food! And it was all delicious. I received so many compliments from our guests. In addition, Salsarita’s supplied everything, even the racks and chafing dish fuel. Then a few minutes after we returned home, the restaurant called to apologize because they forgot to pack the lettuce and to ask for my address since the manager was going to bring the lettuce.
