went to pick a mobile order I had placed over 20 minutes before coming they had the bags away from us so we can't see who's mobile order is who I tried to ask a question and it sat there infront of there register for 15 minutes before having to yell out for some help then they forgot both of my sauces with my 6 count finger which is the most important part of Zaxbys not to mention everything was dirty the manager was doing next to nothing to help her team who didn't seem to care...read full review
Lisa was phenomenal! Great customer service. She was so sweet, kind, and made sure we had all of our food and sauces. She had checked it and said what sauces we needed because they were not in there. Also gave us extra ice since the tea was just made. Did all this with a smile on her face without us asking. Lisa is wonderful!!!
I love me some zax chicken fingers
