I’m a door dash driver I came to pick up an order they wasn’t doing any kind of service at the stalls and I go to drive thru with one car in front of me I waited 20 minutes for them to take their order and when I was able to let them finally know I was picking up a door dash they said it would be out shortly as it should have been already done considering the wait time of them to take one order. I was at this Sonic for an HOUR this afternoon! I spent the first 15 minutes hitting the order button, just trying to get somebody to acknowledge we were even there. Everytime I looked back at the red button, it was cut back off, so somebody inside was refusing to take our order. This place gets worse each time! Service is extremely slow and the employees are bordering on rude.
