Worst sonic I've ever been to. Food took almost 30 minutes to get to me. Inside is closed, so there are no bathrooms. Most of our food was wrong, which is weird because we put the order online. I saw cars sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and it came without bacon. They remade it and still had no bacon. Won't be back.

This place is horrible. I’ve been to this location multiple times for door dash; and every time I come here, I’m waiting for 30 or more minutes. The staff is rude. I had a very unpleasant encounter with a staff member today. I’ll never come here again.

Was told to hold on to order, waited about 4-5 minutes before the girl came back to the speaker and took our order. Once she came back, she was rude. Once order was placed, it took about 15 minutes to receive food. The food tasted like they had it precooked, and microwaved it. It's safe to say that I won't be going back to this establishment

PLEASE hire more staff or offer better compensation so people want to work there. You have a prime location but sonic is known as the slowest service around here so no one wants to go. The stalls are pointless because you cannot get anyone to answer. The drive through is known as the nap land, because it takes so long to get your food that you can just fall asleep and take a nap.I went through the drive through with only 1 car ahead of me. I ordered a large chilli cheese dog. It took 22 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food.You also need to let delivery drivers walk up to pick up food. It's pretty ridiculous that we have to get in line and then wait for the cars that are just now ordering even though the delivery food was ordered 10 to 15 minutes earlier. I don't even take door dashes from sonic anymore because it's not worth the hassle and time. I live across the street and barely go here to eat either. The time spent waiting is not worth it.Please hire more staff. You can't expect 2 people to run the whole place.

As a door dasher, I have stopped taking deliveries for the Gastonia store. The orders are NEVER ready and the wait times are as long as 45 minutes and longer. I have watched the manager sit at his little desk for a solid 30 minutes while waiting. I finally unassigned the order with hopes that it would be ready for the next dasher.
