The young lady who brought my food out was actually very nice. However, I got a smasher burger and the meat was in pieces and the onions we chopped in huge cuts that I had to cut more. The fries were well done and not fresh. When I tried to call, they didn't answer. I hadn't had previous bad experiences other than the wait time but this definitely discouraged me from returning.
This place is terrible. Waiting forever for someone to answer, forever to get food, and the food is subpar. I don't see now it's still in business. Nobody goes because of these issues.
We placed an online order at this sonic and arrived 20 minutes after placing the order. We waited in the line for 20 minutes and we were the 2nd car in line. once we got our food we made sure we had everything and we didn’t so we waited for them to bring the missing items and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for one order of small chicken bites.
