Outside is not the cleanest. Each time I'm here I feel like I'm watching everyone who works here struggle. They try to get the food out fast so I'm assuming that's where the mistakes are made. They need more staff and to make sure the order is correct before coming out. Has potential.

Several visits have great experiences. Friendly staff, food is freshly made and neatly packaged, usually worthy of five full stars.

But unfortunately it appears this Sonic is understaffed as there is usually only one or two employees getting orders out to waiting customers. I recently placed an order ahead on the app for ASAP pickup. I got there on time and checked in, but I gave up after waiting for 20 minutes for my food and drink. There were only a small...
