Every time, I genuinely enjoy my coffee—I place my order online and simply pick it up in the store, no interaction needed. And compared with the Starbucks on Robinwood Road, this location is truly on a completely different level.

Never have issues with my drink or my food. But this place is very slow and unorganized. I was in line at 20-25 mins . Once car was at the window for at least 8 mins . If they fix this issue it may be a lot better

Unfortunately this store really struggles with wait times and organization. All delivery supplies just sitting in the entry way, have to walk around them. 26 min wait for a coffee. Employee left the shift with a lobby full of people and drive thru with 10 plus cars. Where’s the management to assist this location?
