Staff is horribly ruse. They don't make the orders in the order ordered
So you could sit 10 minutes while they get the cold drinks out first.

Absolute zero sense of urgency. I placed an order that was supposed to be DONE (per the app) at 10:53. When I arrive at 11 it was still no where near being done. This has happened to me EVERY. TIME. I come here. Absolutely ridiculous. Please, for the love of God, move with intention, as some of us don’t have 30 minutes to wait for a drink we ordered 45 MINUTES AGO.

I really wish that I could give a negative 1. I ordered the drink that I have ordered for at least 2 years. Expresso Frappuccino Blend the batista put whipped cream on the drink. A ton of whip cream. I stated that the drink do not come with whip cream and that I order the drink every Starbucks visit literally. The employee began to spoon the whip cream out of the drink. She also stated that all of Starbucks Expresso Frappuccino Blend come with whip cream.I stated that I do not like whip cream and have never had this particular problem. The employee refused to remake the drink. Starbucks need to retrain the employees here and reiterate that your customers are not purchasing a cheap drink here. By the way I have visited Starbucks in several States across the country and have never had this particular experience. Awful and unacceptable.

-do not go to this location- When you pay 2$(on top of normal price) to add extras and change to oatmilk and they give you regular milk, and only fill it half way and don't customize it the way they're supposed to. I'm not going to whine over the customization as mistakes happen BUT FINDING OUT IT WAS REGULAR MILK CAUSE NOW IM SICK AS HELL IS ✨️SO FUN✨️ I thought it seemed off, but I don't drink regularl milk so I didn't realize.Thanks guys. Super cool. Love that. Loved missing work cause now I'm ill.

Been there twice to get coffee after shopping. The coffee isn't even for me.. It's for my wife. I got a rude stare last time. This time no stare, but no service. I was completely ignored. I guess they're making too much money at this location and can turn customers away.

every time I order from this location I dread it and I am always hoping Mistie is not taking orders because she is the WORST. She is very rude and does not work well under pressure. She yelled at my husband and I one time when we asked her how long our drinks was going to take mind you this was after 30 minutes waiting and we had ordered ahead.

Mistie is beyond rude and grumpy and seems to hate her job.When I walked up to order she stood there and just waited on me to start talking. Once I ordered she said... "that it?", then when I pulled up my barcode she just stared at me. I finally saw the scanner (behind a holiday sign) to scan.Then as I was talking to my friend about then not having a menu option (because it was in fact, not on the menu) she rolled her eyes at be and told my friend, "she's misinforming you." Not oh we have that, or would you like to add one to your order, or any customer friendly response.I did see her smile at one person so I don't know what her issue was with me but she was insanely rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. Honestly makes me not want to go back

This place is horrible.. first time here from NJ.. this girl EMMA was so nasty and rude.., we waited for 25 minutes she didn’t even say. I will be with to or nothing she was also talking to another staff member about us and everyone heard her.... I asked how long will you be she said very nasty I am making drinks and walk away.. I know what good customer service is supposed to be but not here.. all the customers standing in line was listening and didn’t know what was going on and saying something..,the witness standing behind was angry how this Emma was taking to us.. I had to call the Manager Greg he saw how rude this girl was.. I am calling the council man and I will call corporate I will not tolerate this nasty rude behavior in any Starbucks.. The. Manger was nice and gave me a refund.. Emma made my daughter drink wrong to be smart.. I didn’t even get my drink cause I didn’t trust her and ask the manager to stay.. I never in my life experienced this in Starbucks..this girl Emma don’t need to be working in Starbucks or dealing with customers..just a nasty person.I will never be returning to this Starbucks and would not recommend anyone to come to this place..

Mistie is the rudest person I've ever encountered at Starbucks. I stopped for a second time in a row this morning. Yesterday morning I stood there for upwards of 10 minutes waiting on her to just take my order. Today I walked up to place order and she stated "It would be a minute" I asked how long because of the wait yesterday. She turned and snapped at me "I said it would be a damn minute" There is no reason to speak to people that way. I will definitely no be coming back here. Starbucks employees are always nice. Not this woman tho she was the nastiest person I've ever dealt with at a Starbucks location ever. Also the day before she took it upon herself to put Cinnamon in my Mocha. That does not go in there I am mildly allergic to cinnamon so my whole day I'm walking around itching and sick to my stomach. She needs a explanation on why you don't add stuff to drinks because of people with food allergies. We order those because we expect them to be made as advertised. To avoid the problems a having a food allergy
