I love steak n shake, but this time, it was not good. The burger and toppings felt wet and didn't taste good at all. The fries were cold. The milkshake was good. I won't be going back for a while, if at all. Culvers is basically the same type of place with a better selection of food. I don't know what changed, but it was not a pleasant experience and I got sick from it.

They no longer have the mushroom Swiss burger (main reason why I went there) and have really limited their menu. It's impossible to ever get their hot sauce anymore, and the customer service has really gone down.

AMAZING PLACE! me and my wife love eating here it is very affordable and the food is always fresh and amazing, the workers are always super nice and place is kept very clean, they even have a claw machine we always play
