The best Subway I've ever been to. The staff was friendly. The girl that made my sandwich was really nice and made the most beautiful sub. As an ex sandwich artist I loved it because many subways don't know how to properly make a sandwich

I walked into the Subway and was welcomed by two ladies....Cory who made my sub was courteous and served with a smile. The food was fresh and made the way I like it plus the place was clean. My daughter and I went to this location this morning after her doctor's appointment. We met Joshua he was so very polite to us. He had amazing customer service skills and was patient with us. We would definitely return for breakfast.

This place is very bad go to Bella Honduras instead this place gave me the smallest sandwich (6 inch) with mostly bread and 4 olives 1 cheese and is so bad I came and left with them saying nothing not even hi or bye don’t recommend this place again go somewhere else that gives more food than this place for 8 dollars crazy.

I ordered 2 ft long steak and cheese the steak was cold the girls working didn't have the right knife to cut them I came home and heated my food up I won't be going back.

I have to said that I enjoy going to this subway to have lunch and customers service is awesome and great staff always and Josh is the most amazing manager ever in this store! He always makes sure that you have an amazing experience and he will always ask you how was your meal and he’s always there for you when you need him!!! I highly recommend you go to this subway restaurant in Union road in Gastonia NC!!!!

I give this place a one star. My first time visiting this particular subway, I came in and two young girls were working the front. Neither one of them addressed me being there or told me to give them a few minutes while they finished up a few online orders or anything. They just continue working, talking to each other. After a few minutes standing there and no one addressing me, I finally ask if they had a lot of orders. One girl say “yes, a lot of online orders.” I say okay and turn to leave. Neither one them say anything. FYI on customer service, all they had to say was “Hello, we will be right with you, we are finishing up some online orders and will get to you soon as possible.” Nothing else had to be said and I would have waited and you would have got payment for the sub. Just ridiculous!
