This is generally the best Subway in Gastonia. Today my sandwich was disgusting. The vegetables looked and tasted like they were a week old. If you pride yourself in being locally owned then do better! Today’s sandwich was a waste of money.

Would give zero stars if I could The owner is rude I ordered a cup of tuna. The owner said he had charge for a foot long sandwich price. The other subway I eat from never do this. I said fine I’ll take a foot long tuna sub with the tuna on the side. He then got mad and said he was going to charge me for the bowl. He is just money hungry. I left and went to the subway on garrison. Paid 4 dollars for a side of tuna the guy on Union rd wanted to try and charge me 12

The best service feels like home the big guy working there couldn't get his name but so kind and innocent at work 100 percent haven't met nice subway artist then him god bless you would be back just for kind service

My only issue is that they don’t wash their hands when they come out the back.. they immediately reach for gloves. You’re dealing with raw foods and we don’t know what you were doing back there!

The best Subway I've ever been to. The staff was friendly. The girl that made my sandwich was really nice and made the most beautiful sub. As an ex sandwich artist I loved it because many subways don't know how to properly make a sandwich

I walked into the Subway and was welcomed by two ladies....Cory who made my sub was courteous and served with a smile. The food was fresh and made the way I like it plus the place was clean. I know I will be returning to this Subway the next time I'm in the area. Thank you for your kindness and look forward to seeing them again soon!
My daughter and I went to this location this morning after her doctor's appointment. We met Joshua he was so very polite to us. He had amazing customer service skills and was patient with us. We would definitely return for breakfast.

This place is very bad go to Bella Honduras instead this place gave me the smallest sandwich (6 inch) with mostly bread and 4 olives 1 cheese and is so bad I came and left with them saying nothing not even hi or bye don’t recommend this place again go somewhere else that gives more food than this place for 8 dollars crazy.

I have to said that I enjoy going to this subway to have lunch and customers service is awesome and great staff always and Josh is the most amazing manager ever in this store! He always makes sure that you have an amazing experience and he will always ask you how was your meal and he’s always there for you when you need him!!! I highly recommend you go to this subway restaurant in Union road in Gastonia NC!!!!
