If you are going to this location anytime past 5pm you are in for the worst experience. They are slower than a snail. They have no sense of urgency or do they even care about the the customers. They would rather sit around a trash can and smoke weed, than do their job. Horrible wait times, takes about 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge you exist.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Philisha took my order she rushed my order while I was ordering she didn’t put any sauces in my bag to go with my chicken the purpose of being an order taker is to listen and comprehend what the customer is requesting. Stop rushing the customer and get the order correct with the right condiments.

I've been here...well quite few times and not to drag the story here, I'll be short: The good: food is ok for Taco Bell. Maybe they just slap the burritos and even short on fillings sometimes, but its ok, bobody is perfect. I love taco bell, who doesnt? It cant be always perfect. Even though the next day you'll feel like portable chernobyl, I still go there and disinfect my guts with their hot sauce. No need for laxative, but again - that's my addiction and I really really like it. Don't take me wrong, I overuse hot sauces, that's why.
The bad: if you go when it gets dark, you'll wait a bit. Quite a bit. It's not uncommon they're short staffed inside just to see employees coming from outside and smell on specific herbs and smiling/giggling. In those moments, the girl who is working drive through also helps one cook because the other two guys are outside and...well, I already said it. Don't believe me? Go and check it yourself. No joke. This happened to me twice already.
Also, if there is people inside, good luck moving them away from their phones. Doesn't matter if you placed the order, texting is more important. That can not wait, me as a customer have to. There is no way I'm the only one who noticed this.

#1. The night crew needs to be retrained immediately. #2. Poor service from the drive-through mic to the window. #3. Horrible food. My grilled burrito was wet with something yellow. Hope it was just an obsessive amount of oil?! #4. Seriously, stomach sickness within 10 minutes of consuming. #5. Upper management needs to reasses current nighttime employees.

I visited this location 12/01/24 around 4:00 pm. I noticed that after I placed my order, the kitchen staff were using their cell phones WHILE WEARING GLOVES and then would proceed to HANDLE AND MAKE THE FOOD. I witnessed this from the man working the drive-thru line (heavier man with facial hair, was listening to loud rap the whole time) and from the younger guy working the line for the dine-in customers (this guy had facial tattoos). The guy working the drive-thru side was worse. He would actively scroll through the iphone screen and at the same time place handfulls of cheese on the quesadillas he was making. There was a female manager on duty who also was laid across the drive-thru counter on her phone as well. I will NEVER return to this unsanitary location. I will be contacting the Gaston County Health Department regarding this.
It wasn't me infact one of the several other devices on my Goggle account. It should be noted that this is despite that I only use one device. I want five stars to promote an overall general positive Outlook and share this little 10-minute of information

Food was the worst fast food I have EVER received from a taco bell. The crunch wrap supreme meat was still cold. I couldn't eat it. I also don't recommend the "Aguas frescas". I got the pineapple mango one, and the fruit in it looks unappetizing like fake cheese. Will never ever going back to this location. Waste of $20.

What can some one say about the afternoon drive thru service? It's horrible. Very unprofessional, very rude employees so obviously poor management. Our food is always wrong. The day time experience is different. This is prob the worst fast food drive thru one could choose to visit!
