The worst service I have had in a long time. Erased my order and when I asked about it they didn't want to help find why it was so long just wanted to know if I payed. Yes I payed that's why I said my order

Went thru drive thru. Asked for a cheesy bean and rice with seasoned beef. They did not put beef on it. Circled back to ask for one with beef or to be refunded the $1 upcharge. They said to pull to the window to get another. Once I got up to the window, the manager immediately confronted me and said I was lying. I opened the burrito to show there was no beef. She said I didn't realize I ate it already (having only taken one bite). I said there was no beef in my first bite either. She then started shouting at me stating that the beef was a liquid and I wouldn't have noticed it anyways. Then pointed at cheese and rice on my burrito stating that the beef was there. I know the difference between beef and cheesey rice. I don't need to get told I'm a liar, talked to like I'm stupid, or be shouted at. Bad location with a rude manager. Avoid this one and go to a different one in the area.

This is the worst taco bell that I've ever been to. I was going through the drive through. I was the only car in line. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was asked to come in to place my order. I went in to place my order on a kiosk. The inside wasn't clean. The floor needed cleaned, there was drink all over the table that held the straws . There was at least 4 Un housed individuals in the lobby being loud . I do not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone

I stood at the front counter and was completely ignored. After I finally got someone's attention I was told that I couldn't order at anything except the self service. Fast food is on a steep decline and I don't expect them to last much longer. This new generation has no idea how to have any customer service ability.

Placed an order about 9:30 pm. After almost 10 min, I got it just to have some items missing. Tried to go inside, but the doors were locked, so I had to get back in the order line behind 3 other cars and wait about 10 more min to tell them part of my order was missing. Took another 5 min to get those items just to get to the hotel and find all tacos broken and very soggy now. None of the burritos made correctly, and the Mexican pizza smashed in the box. Also got no silverware for the pizza, nacho bell grandes, or any sauce... This is probably the worst I have been to, and conveniently, they couldn't give me a receipt.

Plain fries instead of nacho fries, forgot any sauces making the dry tacos unedible and too far away to go get sauce for them, forgot sour cream on burrito.

Parking: Full of - People sitting and laying in the parking lot. Management had complaints from customers while we were eating. We watched as they asked them to leave the lot . This restaurant is close to the interstate and it was 9pm
As far as fast food goes, this is usually my go to. The food is always good and the service is great too. My orders are always made right, unlike some other nearby fast food restaurants.
