Good usually not what you order, and very sloppy

The food was good, but we ordered using the kiosk and chose to pay cash. We waited for 20 minutes before having to call into the kitchen to get someone attention, even though the cashier at the window looked at us several times. Once we paid, the food took about another 15 minutes, so I don't think they had even started making it until I called out to them. There was 2 others in the lobby, and only a random car here and there at 7PM, so it's not like they were super busy or anything.

The lobby wasn't well stocked and it was freezing inside. Giving 3 stars because the food was good, but we spent over an hour there when it should've been half that.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. The taco came out stale and rubbery, while the crunchwrap was dry and hard. To make matters worse, the cheesy fiesta potatoes the main reason I placed the order were missing entirely. The quality has gone downhill badly.

I can remember when a Chalupa combo was $6 and you didn't have to wonder whether your food was going to be hot & fresh & delicious. Those days are long gone. Now a Taco Bell receipt for 2 is at a premium price for sub quality food. It's 50-50 for your food to be hot and freshly made. And I don't care what they say about that. I know Taco Bell used to serve their food the way I remember it because I went through the drive through kn my way to work 5 days a week every week and mu Chaluoa combo was ALWAYS hot and freshly made. After this last experience with them we will never ear at Taco Bell again. My food was cols, the Chalupa bread was cold and hard. There was hardly any ingredients inside to speak of. When I returned it to the counter and said this food is cold and I would like it freshly prepared and hot. The girl who was making the food came out and said she just made those, in essence, calling me a liar. The manager brought my new order to our table and I thanked her after I saw it was hot. But as I said, no beef to speak of, or anything else for that matter. With their prices being where they are we can no longer justify eating at Taco Bell when we can eat a ribeye sreak at Longhorn for just a few bucks more and get excellent food the first time and every time. Taco Bell will learn not to screw over their customer base or thet will eventually go out if business after all of their customers stop eating there period.

This is the perfect location for a Taco Bell. However, there are serious improvements needed from management, the store manager, and the GM. Customers who spend their hard-earned money deserve a quality meal. If they make the choice to fit you into their budget, that meal should absolutely be worth it. Right now, that standard is not being met. Honestly, the health department should be called. It’s time for leadership to take accountability, address these pain points, and ensure that operations are corrected and maintained properly.

Horrible service. Took over 30 minutes to get my food. They didn't even make it I had to tell them twice. Didn't even apologize or seem sorry about it. claimed they already made it and someone else might have grabbed it, but I was standing there the entire time. All my friends got their food on time. I asked for a refund and they still refused. Go to a difference location down the road this place sucks

Here lately, idk what happened but this tacobell is on point. Got all of our food, and it was all correct. This is the 3rd or 4th time in a row. Good job guys, please keep it up! Props to managment.

The worst service I have had in a long time. Erased my order and when I asked about it they didn't want to help find why it was so long just wanted to know if I payed. Yes I payed that's why I said my order

Went thru drive thru. Asked for a cheesy bean and rice with seasoned beef. They did not put beef on it. Circled back to ask for one with beef or to be refunded the $1 upcharge. They said to pull to the window to get another. Once I got up to the window, the manager immediately confronted me and said I was lying. I opened the burrito to show there was no beef. She said I didn't realize I ate it already (having only taken one bite). I said there was no beef in my first bite either. She then started shouting at me stating that the beef was a liquid and I wouldn't have noticed it anyways. Then pointed at cheese and rice on my burrito stating that the beef was there. I know the difference between beef and cheesey rice. I don't need to get told I'm a liar, talked to like I'm stupid, or be shouted at. Bad location with a rude manager. Avoid this one and go to a different one in the area.

This is the worst taco bell that I've ever been to. I was going through the drive through. I was the only car in line. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was asked to come in to place my order. I went in to place my order on a kiosk. The inside wasn't clean. The floor needed cleaned, there was drink all over the table that held the straws . There was at least 4 Un housed individuals in the lobby being loud . I do not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone
