We eat often at Longhorn, Outback and on occasion at Texas Roadhouse. Yesterday my wife got a filet mignon and I had ribs. The filet was great but the ribs were very dry. The worst part of our dining experience was the service or lack of service. Halfway through the meal the server disappeared, and we never saw her again. I will come back when the food is off one time but not when the service is bad.
Went today and got seated first and then a huge party got sat beside us. Waited for 20 minutes and never was spoken too or helped. Got up and walked out!! Very disappointed because I have $200 of gift cards to spend!!
Had a birthday party there last night. There was about 15 of us. The management and staff was absolutely amazing!!!
