I asked for extra cheese on my baconator fries and they gave me EXTRA cheese! Some of them don't but they did great. Store was clean, in fact someone was cleaning the restroom when I got there so it was nice and freshly clean when I used it. Friendly staff and I recieved my order quickly. I highly recommend this wendys!

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived (at 7:45pm) I tried to go inside to pick it up. I was told by workers standing outside the door that the inside is closed. The drive thru line was incredibly long and was NOT moving at all (other than when people were pulling out and leaving). This has happened 2 times now. I would not recommend coming here and eat somewhere else.

How the hell you don't put bacon on the sandwich that requires bacon?? Ain't no way anybody is that dense...But it makes sense if their career is fast food. Get a grip. Smh. It takes 2 seconds to cook up some bacon. If you're out then you could've contacted me to at least let me know. Damn. Wendy's on UNION is 10x better. Idk why my order was sent to this one.

Doors were unlocked but when I walked in they said I had to use the drive thru because the inside was closed. It was 6pm on 2/10/25. So I went thru the drive thru to be told I can only get small or large combos because they’re out of medium so I got small. I was told to pull up and wait for my food and I was missing a small fry so I went back inside where there were other people and they didn’t turn them away and told to go thru drive thru. Horrible location!

Ordered a double burger and fries. The fries were 100% cold. The meat was so dry it was inedible. I work 45 seconds away from here so nothing sat in the bag. I called the store and the kid that answered said without a receipt he could do nothing - There was no receipt in the bag. One of the driest burgers I have ever tried to eat. 2 bites and it went in the trash. I wasted $8 an hour ago. Do Not Eat Here !!!!!

We had a doordash and our car window is broken , so we like going through the lobby we got to wendys about half after 8 and The lobby is closed. They have no reason to be closed before 9-10 . They asked us what we would like to order and we had told them we had a doordash they practically ignored us . They asked again and finally told us to pull through . This is so dumb smh get you stuff together wendys!!!

I ordered in the lobby and waited over 10 minutes when I saw them make my food right after I ordered it and they didn’t even leave it where it could stay warm, my nuggets were cold. My friends ordered online for lobby and all of their fries were forgotten and we had to go back and ask for it. The lady working the fryer not only wasn’t wearing gloves and touching the food after it was cooked, but she was also not wearing any form of hair net, and was scratching her face and head while cooking, and was eating and drinking while cooking as well. Didn’t ever even wash her hands. Will not be returning here.
