slowest wendys ever and they NEVER get the order right. theyll have you pull up and wait but the food still comes out cold.

Doors were open, went inside, the guy said dining room is closed, we only have drive through. This is 7 PM on a Friday. So I went to the drive through, but nobody would answer. Whole line of cars waiting behind me, nobody working the drive thru. I don't know who is paying these guys to run the restaurant, but whoever it is they're getting ripped off.

I went to Wendy’s today and ordered just burger patties with cheese on top of each patty. Super simple request, right?
The girl asks me, “Do you want the cheese on top or on the side?”
I say, “On top of the burgers, please.”
Tell me why… she hands me a tower of patties stacked like Jenga pieces and then ALL the cheese stacked together like it’s auditioning to be a grilled cheese sandwich on its own
Like… did the cheese and the beef get into an argument? Are they not on speaking terms today?
I shouldn’t have to assemble my own burger-puzzle in the car.
Just put. The cheese. On the meat. It’s literally the one job. 😂
Rant over. I’ll be here separating my cheese slices like I’m preparing a kindergarten art project.

I pulled in about 9:45 PM to the drive thru, ordered a large chili and a 10pc nugget, LG tea , and was asked “Is that all? Rudely three times finally said “no that’s all “ even tho I wasn’t finished ordering , I felt like I was a problem at this point and ended my order
I pulled forward .
The girl at DT took my cash , never gave me a receipt nor my change and after passing my tea to me walked away from the window without so much as a one moment or a thank you - as she proceeded to gather with at least 3 other employees and stand and talk while I waited over 10 minutes for my simple order and the drive thru backed up behind me . She never returned and after motioning for someone - anyone to bring me my food , another associate comes from the back and slings open the window and asks rudely , “ What’d you have ???? “
Still no change - no receipt- and she handed me the food and I checked the bags and pulled forward .
The nuggets were cold by that time as they had been sitting -
And the chili has not one piece of meat in it at all!
As long as I’ve been going to Wendy’s , I know it has beef in it ! What is the standard at this location ?? Clearly not the same as other locations , I have family members in management for Wendy’s for over 30 years and this is NOT the normal
Who is over the manager that clearly doesn’t manage that store properly ?? You need to restaff your store ! I will never go back ! Rudest customer service ever and horrible food due to lack of employee care!

GOT THERE AT 10:27am....MY SUGAR WAS DROPPING. I EXPLAINED THIS TO THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW. SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 MINUTES.....I EXPAINED MY SITUATION AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT...........SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE.

If you go here, expect to deal with rude employees, missing food, wrong food and waiting long periods of time for small orders. It’s funny how they consistently stay bad, it’s really not worth going back thinking they’ve fixed how things are run.

I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. I had ordered something on the app and there was plenty of time for it to be ready so I went into the store. There was a bag sitting on the counter but I wasn't sure it was mine so I waited. There were four African-American young people working walking around, working on stuff. None of them so much has spoke to me or came up to me (I am White). Finally, a young white man walked out of the back, walked straight up to me and spoke to me. I told him what I had ordered he looked at the bag(because the receipt was facing to the back) and handed it to me.
So it took another white person, for me a white man to get waited on. Absolutely disgraceful.

Food took 20 minutes. I ordered on the app and they had no clue what I ordered. This location is absolutely horrible. BTW all food for Luke warm to cold. You could tell the fries were old and just under a warmer and the burger patty was cold when I bit into the burger.
