This is the second time I order from this store and it failed.(the first time I did a pick up and was in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or the patrons in there
Today I was delivered someone else's food. And I try to call the number but no one answers. Never again im.hoping the door dash service is able to get them to refund me in full including tip. Cause this is bull shit.

Ordered this Sunday for delivery at 7:09pm upon the order arriving at my house we opened it to find that the order was completely wrong wing wise, after calling up to the restaurant and gave my order number they said one moment and put me on hold and I was able to drive to half way to the restaurant before someone picking back up and saying “thankyou for calling Wingstop” so I’m thinking that the phone was out down and just forgotten about hoping I’ll hang up hints the reason I drove up to the store. Upon arriving there was 1 customer in the store when I walked in. Then the cooks in the back are on the phone recording each other and yelling.
So now
I’m out a delivery fee and tip
The rest of the order cold besides the wings I had to go and pick up
Needless to say probably won’t be back to this Wingstop

I came to this place because it was closer than the other wing stop. The store says closes at midnight but they told someone they close at 8pm. When went to get my order (which was before 8pm) they already had the doors locked. This is truly unprofessional to say the least. Put a sign up to say you closing at 8pm, so you don’t have customers looking to see why the doors are locked

When I called to place my order she left me on the phone for 15 minutes so I hung up and went to the store in person I went inside she tells me they only doing orders online when she could’ve told me that on the phone but instead she never got back on the phone to let me know this or told me that when I call and also she was on the phone texting when I got in there I won’t be going back there.

DO EAT HERE Due to the other “bad reviews” I would love to say proudly this is one of the best wingstops in Gastonia, I love coming here they are amazing and has great customer service and they also give one or more than what you order. I would love to give a big shout to the mangers on duty morning, evening and even night shift. They always have a great warming atmosphere and to the 3 young lady’s that be at the front of the store they all are lightskins and they all wear glasses they do a great job at welcoming guest into the store. They make you feel great about spending your money on the food they sever. The food is always fresh and made in the spot I was never disappointed in this store like I said at the beginning THIS IS THE BEST WINGSTOP IN GASTONIA!!!!.

Ordered online takeout, so rating does not affect service or atmosphere. Four different items ordered: two orders of boneless wings, one sandwich, one order of bone-in, along with fries and side sauces.

Boneless wings were way overcooked to the point that the chicken was like leather, just drenched in sauce. Chicken sandwich was just as dry and fried far too long. The bone-ins were lukewarm and drenched in grease and sauce to the point that I had to scrub with Dawn dish soap to get my hands clean from grease residue. Fries were not hot, either, and just overdosed with seasoning.

No side dressings were included even though it was on the ticket.

And there was corn on the cob included. Did not order or eat as it looked as greasy as the chicken.

This store will probably not make it long here, likely from poor management and lack of training and supervision. I'm sure that the company has standards and hopefully this is not representative of that.

Usually adequate service and quality of food. However, that all changed tonight when I placed an online order using the Wingstop app: (30 piece classic crew pack (20 OG hot/10 BBQ) WELL DONE, light seasoned fries- $44 🍗💰

My daughter goes to pick it up at the time it says it’s available, when she arrived to find out they just started making the order … insult to injury. They informed her they didn’t have any barbecue sauce . she had to choose a different flavor and while waiting for the order to be made, she observed the lackluster employees in conversation about one of them being in prison.

she brought it home and when we opened the containers, The chicken was undercooked, the vegetables were slimy, the fries were stale/cold no seasoning. Highly disappointing especially after the cost and the wait.

I called the store and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I was handed off to several different employees before one claimed she was the manager. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the food because of the subpar quality. She refused refunding due to the fact I purchased using app.

This location’s evening crew are inept and delinquent employees. Worst customer service ever and the food isn’t much better. Needless to say it’s worse. rude disrespectful and belligerent staff who don’t cook food properly (Undercooked, wings, cold stale fries, slimy vegetables). This place needs to go as they evidently cant do the job they were hired to do! Refused to issue refund.
