Typical (not) fast food joint. While the food is usually good, the service lacks. Waited 15 at the drive thru window for a salad and a snack pack. Paid for extra dressing, got home with none. It was already late, and I refused to go back. So no dinner for me. Yay.

Went thru the drive thru tonight got 3 meals for 45 dollars .ordered traditional wings and a Cobb salad no eggs . Wings were wrong got bones had to go inside to get that fixed got home an realized my salad had eggs on it . Got 3 meals two out of the 3 were wrong . Spend too much on food for it not to be right thought it would be better going and not door dashing an still had issues

Everything’s alright, just don’t ask for extra seasoning. You won’t get it. The last 10 times, on 10 separate occasions, I’ve asked I got no seasoning. I called the manager and asked for a reason why this has happened and he just responded, “all I can say is I’m sorry, the seasoning is free”. Free means nothing if YOU DON’T GET IT. I just wanted a reason for repeatedly not getting it. But he just kept trying to talk over me and was rude; to which I responded, in a rude manner. Managers should work to deescalate confrontations not create one from the beginning, by having a sarcastic tone.

First off the lady in the drive through was so nonchalant. You can tell she didn’t want to be there. My husband’s wings were cold, and his toast was stale! My chicken sandwich didn’t have the sauce nor the pickles!!! I get it’s a Saturday night but if the customers don’t like their jobs they should just quit!
$15.07 for 5 fingers, 2 egg rolls, and a drink. That's ridiculous! Egg rolls were cold and burnt. Too expensive and was very disappointed.
