Everything’s alright, just don’t ask for extra seasoning. You won’t get it. The last 10 times, on 10 separate occasions, I’ve asked I got no seasoning. I called the manager and asked for a reason why this has happened and he just responded, “all I can say is I’m sorry, the seasoning is free”. Free means nothing if YOU DON’T GET IT. One of the staff in the back of the kitchen was fussing at a girl who was packing to-go orders because she forgot to "call-out" a funnel cake for a mobile order. (It was my mobile order & I wasn't in a rush.) I get the staff wanting to have things called out to know what to prepare in a timely fashion, but she didn't have to threaten to write the girl up for it. Super unprofessional in front of customers. This crew was so on point with the service and the food Erakah s took my order and she was so efficient and so kind she read me back my order payed for my food and handed me drinks in under 1 min i was impressed i come here often i just love how fast and fresh everything was !! 10/10 darling
