First time having Adams Roadside BBQ and it was fantastic. Fed my staff today for a lunch and learn and everyone on the team was quite satisfied. 10/10 recommend and will be using them for team lunches again!
All of our food was top notch. Need to train staff in the back to cut brisket against the grain.... not with it. Flavor was spot on and side great but incorrect slicing of the meat ruined our pound of brisket and sandwich. Did not find out till we got our order home. Easy fix but turned us off.
Best brisket around!! The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I stop every time I go that way. Would recommend you to give them a try.
