Employees at most Bojangles in and around Wayne county have attitudes... With the acception of a couple employees at each one. They should have those employees working the drive thru and registers at all times.
Bo bites were so hard I spent $20 on cement. Approx time of visit 7pm. I complained to Bojangles (Tands Food) and they ignored my complaint. September 2026.
Our bo-rounds were soggy and luke warm at best this morning. Barely spoken to by the window lady other than telling me my price. Customer service is lacking in politeness and friendly nature.
