Long time customer of this Bojangles. It goes through its phases of having excellent and shit service depending on the years rotation of who is working. As of now, the current crew is ridiculously slow and does not work well together to push orders out in a good time. You’ll wait in line inside or in drive through for at least 15-20 minutes if not more. My recommendation, go to the one on Wayne Memorial or Kinston if you that desperate or wait later in the year for new staff...read full review
Always check your orders before you leave. Nothing you can do if you are 795 and your drink is flat and you got fries instead of bo rounds.
The chicken was not good. It was pink on the inside, no seasoning, and the skin was dark like the grease needed changing. The biscuit was really doughy.. The wait was long. You can't go inside due to no staff. A 2 piece meal is now $8. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
