I have came to this burger king for the last 20 plus years and they definitely have done a great job with the interior / exterior remodel . Decided to go in for lunch today . Several kids playing in the play area, which is great. The choice of music playing in this restaurant is absolutely disgusting . Multiple songs back to back dropping F bombs GD . The last song when I was getting up to leave. was a female wanting someone to go down on her. I will definitely not be back. Especially with my kids or grandkids. A respectable manager would have been on top of this issue without being told.

The Impossible Whopper was delicious.! Whopper Jr. Was good. Fries and onion rings were good. It took a while to get our food (30 min.) But, they were busy. The manager was very good and working to help with taking orders and making sure the orders were given out to dine in and drive thru.

Placed an online order at 9:02 for pickup. Online says this location is open until 10. Arrived around 9:20 to get order, grabbed and went to the car to check for all items. Ofcourse, they were not there. Tried to go back inside and the employees had locked the doors. If you’re open until 10, doors should stay open until 10. They let me in to get the remaining g items, only for them to miss 2 medium fries AGAIN. Very rude employees and terrible service to lock the doors as soon as a customer walks out, especially for a $40 order.

Food is absolutely great. Service is a bit slow as I they seem under staffed but the place is clean and we ad family with small kids, prefer this fast food than others around. Food tastes fresh. Been there 3 times and all the times we had a good experience.

Ordered 1 meal and 2 shakes. Waited forever for them to refill the chocolate sauce. Everyone here seems to be confused and moves as slow as molasses in January. No one seems to have a sense of purpose (or space & time for that matter). While waiting in the steady but not busy restaurant, I went to bathroom where there was no toilet paper. Came out to wait for another 20 minutes for them to make 2 shakes only to be told they didn't have the ingredients and then told me they did have it after I requested a refund. Management obviously doesn't either exist or doesn't care. Drunken sloths move with more purpose than these people. If ever there was a "fast food" joint that would benefit from having robots taking the jobs of people it would be this place in particular.
