Hwy 55 in our area hasn't had great reviews lately, we, as well, have stopped going. BUT we happened to stop at this location last night for the first time and it was FANTASTIC. They we super busy but those kids were hustling their butts off. The food was perfect the service was even better. They deserve recognition for a job well done.
This seems to be an iconic lunch spot for locals with great food and very friendly staff. Being from the Midwest, it is very comforting for the south to finally come through with a good cheese steak (still not as good as a super cheesy beef from Papa G's). The staff checked on you better than most formal restaurants. Also, the fries were a beautiful golden brown with a good crispy texture without being overcooked.
Very nice clean , friendly, and fast service. Everyone I have encountered who works there is so nice and helpful.

The cheese steak sandwich and cheeseburger are highly recommended, as well as the shrimp sandwiches. Visitors appreciate the amazing service, with special mention to manager Joe and waitress Savannah. A standout feature is the restaurant's closure on Sundays to honor Worship and Wellness.
