Typical large, high volume McDonald's. Large dining area. Clean. Two drive through ordering stations. Polite staff. Food quality is generally good. It's hit or miss if your drive through order is correct. Just had my first, fresh beef quarter pounder. Pretty good. Better than expected. Expect a short wait for 10-20 piece chicken nuggets. Fries at this location are usually very good.

I visited the McDonald's at 2740 US-117 in Goldsboro around 8:30 PM. My initial order of chicken nuggets and fries was disappointing – the fries were cold and old. However, John, an employee, completely turned my experience around. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make things right, even braving the rain to bring me fresh fries. What would have been a four-star experience became a five-star one, all thanks to John's exceptional customer service

They always get my order wrong. And it's always when I don't have time to take it back thru the drive thru. Mostly after 10pm. They take my order correctly, but when I get it, somethings always wrong.
