Mi Cabana Mexican Restaurant #10

i get very weird racist vibes from this location i was waiting before another couple (white of
course lol) and stood right at the counter while the server overlooked me greeted them and sat them down then proceeded to talk to the dasher like i wasn’t standing there.. i sat myself down at that point and had a very upset moment because i shouldn’t have to seat myself then the cook comes and gives me a menu i explained how i felt about the customer service his excuse was they were busy( not busy at all tbh) and short ONE PERSON??? asked for my drink after i said water he has the audacity to ask me was i upset i said yes i am (i don’t trust stuff like that cus now u might spit in my food) and after he came back asking what i wanted again to order i ended up leaving because i dont like restaurants who have horrible service but want u to spend ur money if ur not caucasian then expect to be treated a little differently … LONG STORY SHORT MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVEN STEPPING FOOT HERE

There was an issue with half of my food (which it was never determined whether it was their fault or not, but that wasn't my focus, nor has it ever happened before so the point is mute), It was a to-go order and I called up and asked for just that half to be replaced. They were incredibly polite (the guy who answered the phone and the lady working the stand) and he re-made the whole thing for me which was unnecessary but completely appreciated, and I did not get the chance to tip them when I first picked up and paid, so I thought a five-star review is the least I could do. Good customer service is everything. <3

Being going here for 2 years,but lately food is not good,my beams were cold!!! And the size of chicken enchiladas are way smaller! Probably going find another Mexican restaurant next time.

I've eaten a lot of Mexican food from all over the county but this place is up there are far as being bland when it comes to taste. This place must be good for senior citizens who are on blood pressure meds and heart meds because the food was extremely bland. I know Mexican food has different styles and maybe this is one of them but this one is not for me.

My husband and I go here all the time.The food is awesome the service is awesome.The restaurant is beautiful.If you haven't tried it you definitely need to check it out.

This nightmare of a restaurant has no clue how to serve or cook the food!!Ordered food that clearly came with a chile pepper pictured on the menu didn’t get one and they said they don’t care about the picture you don’t get one!What??Then the tortillas that comes with the meal forgot that as well…The chicken tastes like the salt shaker was dropped in with it terrible!The only server overwhelmed with 4 tables and the cook/manager could care less about the issues we were having!If you like a complete nightmare meal by all means come here!!

I placed a pickup order through Door Dash, including an order of cheese dip. I told the girl at the front that they had forgotten to include my chips and she said you have to pay extra ($3.99 apparently) for chips. So even though I had already paid $5 for a tiny container of cheese dip, and if you eat in the restaurant you're given free chips and salsa with any purchase- they tried to make me pay extra for the chips that I would obviously need in order to eat the dip???? And there was no mention when ordering that you supposedly had to buy chips separately. I asked to speak with a manager to either get chips or a refund of the cheese dip I had bought. The girl at the front was rude and the manager hid out in the kitchen and tried to avoid me. After I continued waiting for 15 minutes and wouldn't leave, the guy eventually just came out and gave me chips. Ridiculous, won't be returning.

I ordered food in Goldsboro through Uber Eats. The order came from the store in Wilson. The food was cold and wet with condensation. There was no salsa or chips with the order.

We tried this place for the first time and had a very nice visit. Maria was our waitress and she was very kind and attentive. My oldest enjoyed their nachos but said there were too many toppings on them (if that is such a thing). So if you're tired of getting skimped on nacho toppings, try this place. I wished there was a little more seasoning on my chicken, but the homemade hot sauce that Maria brought out was amazing and helped bridge the flavor gap. They had a lot of options i had never seen before, so i am excited to try them in the future. We will 100% be back.

I ordered chicken rice, but it seems like I'm on a diet, there was very little food, so I had to eat the last grain of rice to fill myself up.

My camera did not have time to eat! I was too excited to try Mi Cabaña for the first time. The location was clean and they were very kind. It may be taco Tuesday for most but it is always tamales Tuesday for me! I ordered to go and the prices are great with big portions. I ordered Caldo De Res (Mexican beef soup) and it was so flavorful with tender beef and vegetables (carrots/potatos). It came with rice, tortillas (I ordered corn tortillas), and red onion/cilantro. I also ordered two chicken tamales and they were HUGE and filled with meat. It was topped with red sauce and cheese. If that’s not your vibe then be sure to let them know. Very flavorful. I also ordered flan. There was most definitely a fiesta in my tummy. I will be sure to go back and post pictures next time!
