Over the past few months the prices have been going up and the food portions have been significantly going down. I can hear the white knights galloping to defend this as "It's everywhere." However, when minimum wage kids are running the store, and the interior looks like a happy birthday episode from The Office the excuses really die. Additionally the food quality has been extremely hit or miss. I ordered soup from here on multiple occasions and it's a literal 50/50 if it's scorched. I hang the menu up from this place as it's obvious they no longer stand above the other 200 restaurants in the Goldsboro area, and their business is bountiful enough to no longer need quality, quantity, nor quaintness to operate.
I have had both take out and dine in food and all has been excellent and portions are good.

Ordered to go. As my coworker got there to pick it up they stated that they had given our food to someone else. When asked if there was anything that they could do to remedy it (discount/app/anything) they laughed. Could've just been polite and said no.

If you place a to-go order, be sure to check back regularly while waiting. The likelihood that they actually call your name when your food is ready seems to be zero.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and not hound them about my food but they never called my name. Food was sitting behind the counter already room temp/cold when I finally asked about it.

Okay so I have been here a few times and it's been disappointing every time. The food is under seasoned to the point tasting like the bowl itself. The atmosphere says cheap but the price is expensive. It's very dark inside the restaurant the tables and chairs are cheap. The servers are rude, loud and will not give you your food until it's almost ❄️.
It's what you expect. I really like the Gyoza. We usually order the Bulgogi bowl w/extra egg. Which is quite tasty.

I was looking for some hibachi here in Goldsboro and saw this place . I went in to place an order to go and was not greeted at all . I said hello to the young gentleman and lady at the counter . Neither of them said anything back . .Horrible customer service .Go elsewhere where you are acknowledged as a paying customer . I will not be back .

This is the first time I had a complaint about any Asian food establishment... I ordered the Tokyo steak bowl and literally choked on a piece of the steak. It was way too stringy and chewy hence what made me choke. The fried rice also had too much black pepper.This was my first time ordering from here and I am too afraid to come back
