Good hibachi bowls and cheese fries but long wait times for call in orders (30 mins).
2 months ago I would have left 5 stars, spent 15 minutes calling to place a to go order with no answer get to this location and no manager on duty to ask why the phones were being answered and a 25 min wait on top of that. My previous visit was almost the same, was able to call on my order but then waiting nearly 45 in the store for a chicken bowl. Just madness. Been going here for a few years. Pretty consistent when you order the right food. I used to order the Bulgogi Bowl every time but sometime in the last few months it was burned like every time. Not like a slight overcook but actual char.
Since then I started ordering the Crack Chicken Bowl and Fried Shrimp Bowl and been getting much better results.
Also something that has greatly upset me is the swap from actual dishes to cheap containers even when you order sit down....read full review
