We use to LOVE PTs- it was a Sunday staple. In the last few months it’s really gone down hill. The main thing is the cleanliness of the restaurant and employees. The floors and tables are often dirty and employees do not wash their hands. I watched an employee come in, clock in for his shift and went straight to preparing food. Great food great staff!! We come here at least once a week for the last few months! Always spot on!
This location (Goldsboro) needs adult supervision. Over the past couple of years, the teenage staff has lowered service and order accuracy to lows not usually seen except in McFranchise joints. And if you make an mistake and the customer isn't smiling about it, it looks really bad when the entire staff hides behind the counter wall and they push one person out to hand them the corrected order.
