Joshua does a superb job of making the best snowballs ever!
CAREFUL when you order anything sour with sour spray .... I'm giving 5 stars because I've never been let down by the service at pelicans before my list visit. I ordered 3 large shaved ice, was never offered the cone on top which now that I think of it I haven't been offered or received the cone the last couple of times we have went but anyways we ordered 3 large shaved ice the first one blue raspberry with sour apple and sour spray (our go to favorite) the second was watermelon...read full review
