IF I CAN PUT NO STAR I WOULD THIS TACOBELL DOSEN'T DESERVED A STAR. I JUST WENT DRIVETRU TO DO MY ORDER AND IT WAS DELUX GRAVING BOX I SAID IT LIKE 3 TIMES HE WASEN'T GETTING IT SO I WAS GOING TO COMEN INSIDE BUT I HAD MY KIDS SO I DID NOT GO INSIDE I PULL TO THE WINDOW TO TELL THEM MY ORDER BECAUSE HE WAS NOT GETTING AND I TOLD HIM LIKE 3 TO 4 TIMES. WHEN I PULL TO THE WINDOW HE SAID TO GO BACK AND I SAID YOU GOT MY ORDER WRONG I KEEP TELLING YOU IS THE DELUX GRAVING BOX THAT IS WHY I PULL TO THE WINDOW. AND I ASK FOR THE NAME HE DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME AND I ASK FOR THE MANAGER HE PRETENDED TO BE THE MANAGER THEN ANOTHER WOMEN CAME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER AGAIN TRYED TO EXPLAIN HER SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO ME THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME THERE NAMES NOTHING AND THEY REFUSE TO SAY THERE NAMES. THEY DID NOT TAKE MY ORDER THEY WANT ME TO GO AROUND WHEN THEY CAN NOT EVEN LISTEN TO MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS IS WORST TACOBELL I HAVE EVER BEEN THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND STILL THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY ORDER. I HAD NEVER COMPLAIN BEFORE BUT THIS THIS IS ANOTHER LEVEL LIKE FOR REAL. AND THIS IS A NEW TACOBELL AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTUMERS. I HAVE WORK FOR TACOBELL SO YOU CAN NOT TELL ME THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTUMERS.

The food here is great. But each time I have ordered 2+ cravings boxes or combos/meals that are supposed to come in boxes they just throw everything in a single bag. Whenever they do this as well there is always something missing. If I order a single meal it’s not an issue and it comes in the box. My main concern with this is that if someone has allergies and they throw the food all in a single bag instead of the boxes they are supposed to be in then someone might have a potentially deadly reaction because of cross contamination.If this issue becomes resolved I will update my review and rating, otherwise it will stay as is.

This location hasn’t gotten positive reviews since opening but I have been a few times and the food is always hot and fresh. Taco Bell on Wayne Memorial is the busiest in Goldsboro but the new location has better food in my opinion. They also fill your tacos with meat. The Wayne memorial location has a tendency of being stingy with the meat. I’m very satisfied with this location so far and haven’t been disappointed with the food!!!

By far the best Taco Bell I've been to in years. This is my third time visiting this location and the food and drinks are better than the rest.

Everytime I try to order breakfast in the app, the store shows up as closed, even at 9. They supposedly open at 7, but every single time I open the app, it says closed. Then I go there and they are open. Fix whatever is making the store show as closed in the app!

I know they havent been open long so maybe they are still training but I feel like a bunch of toddlers of making my food. No one knows anything if i ask a questions. All I get is blank thoughtless stares. I don't think the 4 times I've been in there anyone has ever smiled. Honestly, I think toddlers would do better. Maybe. My order has never been wrong technically ..technically but everytime it looks like someone made it with their eyes closed. Maybe get some people over on wayne memorial over there to babysit and show someone how to fold a dang burrito.

Placed my order in the drive thru (only car in line) and when I got my food from them the bag felt light so I asked if everything was in the bag they said yes. I didn't trust them so I pulled into a spot and checked, it was missing half my order so I went inside where they were able to correct their mistake. The person helping was very helpful and polite but while waiting 2 people whom ordered inside were missing items and another from the drive thou came in looking for items.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Talked about loudly as waiting for my food that wasn't even in the processes of being made. Cussed about etc will never return to this location. Btw apparently the app doesn't communicate with the restaurant and I so post to know that.

On three different mornings, each time around 7:30am, They have not been open. I understand that there may be circumstances out of their control, but a heads up would be nice. No sign explaining that they were closed was posted. On the first occasion they were kind enough to let me know over the drive-thru intercom. The last two times it happened they let me sit there until my patience wore out. Poor way to run a business. Wendy's will be my breakfast choice from now on.
