Literally ordered chips and cheese for myself while my daughter ordered a meal. Get home, no food for me. Yes my mistake for not checking but also their mistake for not doing the same. Line busy can't even contact the store.
Food is often incorrect. Ordered the new chipotle bacon chicken burrito ($6 item) and it only had a single chicken strip in it and no avocado ranch sauce at all. Restaurant has enough staff to have multiple people standing around doing nothing, but claim they aren't allowed to take orders at the register which renders the entire menu board and counter pointless. They were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the employees were genuinely nice. I'd come back to this location.
