These people are the nicest!!! I mentioned the really cool older fire truck that we spotted tucked behind the restaurant. My husband is a full time firefighter just outside Raleigh. The owner’s must all be affiliated with firefighting as well.
They have BIG cheeseburgers. Good prices! And it’s just a really quaint town that needs to be visited!
GO Support them! They’ve been around a while and they make some yummy eats 🥰 🍔

Rufus' Restaurant is a great little place with delicious food and friendly staff. Known for their yummy slaw and best burgers in NC, it's a stellar country grill spot in Goldston. The barbecue sandwich and cheeseburger are must-tries, along with the fried okra. Visitors highly recommend making a trip to enjoy the tasty meals served by the welcoming staff.
